I spoke with Mr. Hollis on Monday 11-2 confirmed an appointment for Wednesday 11-5. I left work early to make sure I was here at 1 pm (arrived at 12:45), At 1 PM, nobody had arrived, so I text Mr. Hollis, no response. I called Mr. Hollis, with no response at 1:15. A gentleman showed up. Of course, I was frustrated, waiting 15 minutes in the sun with no type of communication whatsoever. The gentleman got offended with me, telling him that he could’ve communicated, so we weren’t waiting outside in the 80° weather. He then got upset and said, would you like me to leave?
