I am so impressed with how thorough the home inspection was! As a buyer of an old home, I was worried about hidden issues that could’ve been covered up. We decided if something big came up, we wouldn’t buy the home and I’m so grateful that the inspector was so thorough and saved us the headache of being new homeowners to this house with lots of issues. They even used thermal imaging and a moisture meter to show a suspected leak. I was very pleased with our experience and will continue to use them until we find the right house!

After his inspection and during our walkthrough, Gabe explained everything in detail about what he looked for and if anything was found. On some issues, he even explained the process to fix it or who to seek out. I felt very confident after our walkthrough that I knew the exact condition of the home I was buying. I hired Premier Choice to perform a home inspection for a potential house I was looking to by. They accomplished the inspection on time and walked me through the house showing me all of the items/places inspected. They did a great job explaining every finding they had and answered all my questions. As mentioned in other reviews, they gave me the military discount as advertised and brought in a termite inspector so I did not have to. Very pleased with the service they provided. Will use again if needed.

Gabe did a fantastic job on our inspection. He was very professional and responded to our request for inspection quickly. He was so patient with our walk through and went into a lot of detail about the house. They also got us the full report hours later. We highly recommend him and Bambi.
