I just showed up off the street to get a quick quote to remove some scratches from my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I could see everyone there was busy but Matt stopped everything he was doing and assisted me right away. He fixed my scratches right on the spot and he didn’t even charge me a dime! Pat Bayley and team did an absolutely awesome job repairing our damaged Subaru Legacy. There was extensive damage to the rear bumper cover and when Prime Body and Paint was finished with the repair, the car looked fantastic. They took the time to vacuum and shine up the interior as well. Without a doubt will use them again.

Well, they did it again....exceeded my expectations. I have used Prime several times over the past couple years and yesterday I took my new car into see if they could buff some light scratches off of the fender. Not only did Pat take a look, he took the time to quickly buff those scratches out, and did not charge me a dime! Few places can that kind of caring service take place in this day and age. Thanks Pat, and again, I can't recommend Prime highly enough for their caring service, quality, and professionalism.

Car was not even vacuumed after they replaced the windshield as the result of the tree falling on it. All communications were initiated by us. We will be paying for the removal of the glass shards from the dashboard, console and carpet out of our pockets. We were told by a member of management that insurance didn't authorize it.

I chose to take my Jeep to Prime Body and Paint when I got in an accident a couple of months ago. They were quick to get me in and get me an estimate. Chad Huckstep did an excellent job with all of my repairs and got my vehicle done within a very reasonable time frame.

I had a pretty extensive hit in my 2019 Subaru Legacy from behind. Prime did a beyond excellent repair on it. You can't even tell anything happened to it. It was fixed perfectly and I have nothing but good things to say. I will definitely take anything I have in the future back to them. Thanks for doing a good job! I will recommend this body shop!
