Had some pretty serious front-end collision damage repaired here after getting cut off on the highway. Excellent work was done on my car, and even the paint looks factory new. They worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to do anything! Kept me updated in a timely manner when some parts got delayed (nothing against the shop, it happens, but I appreciated the communication).

He worked thoroughly with my insurance company through the problems they caused and helped me get back into my car as soon as possible.

I picked my car up today, and I was impressed at how good of a job they did! My front end was smashed in and it looks brand new now! They also cleaned the inside of my car which I appreciate so much! I’m so happy with my car. It did take longer to get it back but that was more my insurance company doing! And they gave me a discount! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Hands-down the best body shop in Lafayette. Ivan was very helpful they had my car in and out way faster than I thought. I noticed a couple cosmetic issues when I got my vehicle back and they fixed them right away no problem no hassle they even let me borrow one of their cars because I had to take the car I had back in to get new rims that where on back order. I would recommend this body shop to anybody and everybody looking to get their vehicles repaired for a great price and a great staff that will help you out.

I had an excellent experience working with Lafayette Auto Plus! I worked with Daniel, and he gave me frequent updates on the repair work being done to my van after an accident. He was honest with me and advocated for me as a customer. I had lots of questions about my repairs, and he always took time to help me understand the process. If I ever need repair done for my vehicle again, this is the company I will contact!

Absolutely excellent service !!! I mainly dealt with Ivan who talked me through the whole process and kept in touch with me with updates. I had been told from another place they Would have me car for 3 1/2 weeks - REALY ? Ivan gave me an estimate of 10 days and I got her back in 7 looking brand new again
It was me first experience in a hit and run so I was extremely anxious about the whole thing but Ivan was extremely friendly and reassuring throughout
The quality of the work was outstanding and they even made my interior look brand new

I'd like to give a big shoutout to the entire team at Lafayette Auto Plus. After the front end of my car was taken off in a wreck, they did an exceptional job repairing it back to its glory. My husband has taken his work vehicles here for years and is always happy so it was a no-brainer to take my Pilot in after an accident. This was my first time interacting with the staff and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these guys. They were professional, friendly, easy to work with, fast and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. My SUV came back looking like brand new! Service and quality of work were top notch. I stopped by this business for an estimate because of all the great reviews and was so incredibly impressed. They made a temporary fix to my front bumper of my SUV so it didn’t have to be secured by duct tape until the full repair. I didn’t even have to ask; they just took the initiative to do it. I thought it was such great customer service.

I brought my Subaru Impreza in for some body work and paint touch up. They gave me a great price and found every way they could to help me save some money. They said they would have it done in a week, and they were ready two days early! When I went to pick it up, they walked me to my car, and I was amazed at how great it looked, and detailed the inside as well! I had many people say it looked like a brand new car again! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

After getting a few different quotes from other local body shops, we went with Lafayette Auto Plus and are so glad we did! They took great care of us, called with updates and were honest with the timeline of how quickly the repairs would take. They were able to fit us in right away and did an excellent job. I hit a deer and had to have a new bumper, fender, and grill. They matched the paint perfectly and you can’t even tell it was ever wrecked. My husband works for Subaru and gave his stamp of approval on their work. Highly, highly recommend this business!!
