Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Your driver going down bandera road to the 410 at 850p.n. new years eve, was cutting us,and all traffic off as they were going down the road and speeding in and out of traffic. Very unprofessional, I understand urgency getting to a call, but their driving behavior was unacceptable for a professional.

We called Banis Towing on the recommendation of Iron Horse RV Repairs. We have a 45 foot diesel pusher motorhome and were very concerned about how it could be towed without damage. Calling Banis was the best decision we could have made! They were extremely polite and friendly when we called. They verified their equipment was available when needed and arrived at the time promised. They came with a lowboy trailer and were very careful to make sure it was loaded safely. We are sorry our young grandsons were not there to watch, they would have loved it!

First thing first, the are a family owned business, and they will TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of knowing the Banis family for over 4 years and they are the only company I trust with towing my vehicles. They are timely, kind, and make a bad situations good with their customer service! I absolutely love BANIS towing. They are also pro-police! They partner with the local police department as well, but do not worry because that does not take away from their time and quickness for private tows! I will always recommend Banis Towing!

TLDR: excellent service, professional driver with an immaculately clean vehicle. 10/10 would use again if the need arises.
Courteous dispatcher, prompt courteous and professional driver arrived with in probably 35 minutes of my call. In a much needed towing situation and Banis Towing responded to the call.
Admittedly I've read the reviews and while I too had reservations the reality is this company exceeded any expectations one could have.
Do I "want" to have a tow or towing bill again? No, of course not however if the need arises I absolutely will use Banis towing again

Phoned Banis Towing at 8 AM for service, said the truck would be here at 10 AM. At 10:20 AM, no truck, no call from Banis, so I called them. They said the rig was finishing up with a wreck and would be here in the next 35 to 45 minutes. At 11 AM I phoned Banis back and asked for an ETA, they said the driver would be here in 10 minutes. At 11:35 AM, still no truck, was told once again that he would be here in the next 10 minutes. 11:45 AM driver is just now showing up.

Banis towing is the best of the best. I was stuck, I mean seriously stuck, in an area with rapidly rising water where 2 other tow companies refused to assist. Jason Banis jumped at the chance to help me in my predicament. He intelligently established a safe point for him and his truck to work from and pulled my vehicle out all while making it look so easy for him. I can honestly say that he saved me $1000's. These guys at Banis are intelligent, capable, have all the right gear and are willing to help. No towing company but Banis will get my business in the future.

This is the worst towing company I've ever dealt with. They will do all kinds of crooked stuff to try and charge you as much as they can. One example is they will try to close early so you can't recover your vehicle which leads to more charges for it having to sit over night. The owner and tow truck drivers are very unprofessional and childish, and to top it off they do business with organized criminals to steal people's cars! Stay away from this crooked business.

I highly recommend Banis towing. They responded to my call in less than 30 minutes. The driver showed up with a great attitude. He was very kind and tried to improve a bad situation. Would give zero stars if I could!!! I set up an appointment, Saturday evening for my car to be towed at 7:30 the following Monday morning, I intentionally set it up for this time so I could make my 8:30 service appointment, they never showed up! I waited 3 hours, I called several times and the girl who answered just kept telling me the driver was 15 minutes away. Finally I called another company, use mission towing, they're awesome, they got here in 20 minutes!

My road side assistance provider sent Banis Towing out to tow my vehicle. They gave me an estimated pickup time of 40 minutes. 50 minutes later they still hadn't arrived. I called. They said that they had received a call from the police for a DUI tow, after my call came in. They were completing that call before they came to get my vehicle. I've been waiting an hour and 45 minutes now. It's 4:35 in the morning in a rough part of town. For the last thirty minutes they've been telling my road side assistance provider that they are right down the road. Wish Banis would prioritize

I had my motorcycle towed from these guys and it was the most painful experience of the month. Not only did I receive a generous coating is sarcasm and snickering from the staff from my discomfort, but they released the wrong bike to me. The staff did not care to verify the vin or license plate; they even charged me the incorrect amount and gave me they key to another persons bike even after I told her that I have my key and the driver didn't need a key to tow the motorcycle. 1) The tow truck driver didn't know where he was going. In fact he told me to google it.
2) This morning my insurance called and said they had no idea where my car was.
3) When I called Banis towing to inquire on the location of my vehicle, the woman told me to tell my insurance to, "look harder cause it's not here." She was extremely rude and unhelpful.
