We had the pleasure of working with Rachel and Will this December and cannot imagine a better experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and appreciated by the entire staff of professionals.
We needed to be particularly precise, but you would never know it as they were so pleasant and also wanted everything perfect as well. I’m guessing that’s how most of the customers are too, which is why so many return - as we will!

I went in for a jewelry repair and Rachel provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and took the time to discuss what options I had to repair a necklace that has a lot of sentimental value. Argo and Lehne is a wonderful store with carefully chosen, beautiful pieces of jewelry for every budget. They also have a small collection of gorgeous estate pieces which I love. The staff is very well educated in all aspects of stone quality, and are very helpful if you are trying to buy a gift within a certain budget. It's also large enough to socially distance from other shoppers if needed!

Fantastic experience shopping with Anne Wilson, who is an expert on gifting and finding the perfect piece. Anne suggested a baby gift (silver animal candle holders) and housewarming gift (silver frame), both of which were perfect for friends and very well-received. I would not go anywhere else for a bespoke, specialized shopping experience, she really knows what she is doing! Great person and company.

I done business with Argo & Lehne since 1992. They have always provided excellent service. I recently had the pleasure to work with Rachel when designing pendants for cameos my father had brought back from World War II. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and creativity during this process. They have become family heirlooms which will be treasured for generations.

Painful experience. After several tries at finding a vintage ring in our price range I saw a perfect one on Argo's website and sent an email inquiring about it. They replied within an hour with more details about it, and I made a special trip to go see it just a couple of hours later.
When I arrived I was told the ring had already been put on hold the day before for someone else til 5 pm that day. I was told they'd let me know either way whether it sold. One of the owners said to the saleswoman in front of me that she could tell the other customer that someone else was interested in

Counter to the rumors you may have heard I came to this upscale jeweler to have a watch battery replaced and another watch, a new white one, refitted. ( never mind the scuttlebutt by our yelp community's nosey gossips John W and Mike G:there was nothing else to the visit. Lmao. ;-))
