Fernando La Rosa, turned a day upside down into the best experience we’d assume possible on purchasing a car. So I waited till 9am came in.. the wait was a little long but that was expected. Sometimes you look like money sometimes you just look. But after we got over that I was instructed Fernando will help me. He walked in moments later introduced himself asked me what I’m looking for. I explained my exact prices. We didn’t meet but the difference wasn’t substantial. Overall great service great car which is a sonata great price. I liked the over all experience I liked the personable side. Would recommend to anyone but more so I’ll recommend Fernando. Everyone else walks around but Fernando looks

I corresponded via email with this dealership on 1-10-22 if I could make an offer on your 2019 wide body hellcat charger. I was told yes and sent in an offer - no response.
I get a text from Jorge on 1-11-22 asking how he can help. I advised him that I had sent in an offer on 1-10-22 and could he ask someone to look at it and reply. Again no response.
Is this a way to treat customers?

This place is.advertizing cars and prices that DO not exist. Called about a car and told it was there and arrived was told it was sold. Had others advertized at 11999. There were NONE at this price on the lot...FALSE ADVERTISING IS A POOR EXCUSE for bait and switch.

I don’t even know where to begin. I chose this dealership because of the positive reviews they received and they were part of the top 10 dealerships to get a great used car from. I purchased a beautiful 2015 Hyundai Tucson with great mileage in late July, it’s October and I already had to replace the headlights, change the tires, got a car alignment, get an oil change, changed the air and engine filter, and now I’m currently sitting waiting for roadside assistance because my battery died and that’s another thing I have to change tomorrow. The worst experience Alex has very bad customer service skills. He shouldn't be handling customer. They lure non English speakers customers into signing contracts without explaining the terms and conditions or clarifying doubts. My family member had the worst experience, the car was broken the day after we took it the dealer. Alex told me he was going to help me finance the car with Bank of America. 👀 behind my back he NEVER TOLD ME THE BANK DID MOT APPROVED ME, SO THEY DID NOT INFORMED ME that the bank was going to be a ghost one. This "bank" sir. Alex said is the best one, but what a shame

Be careful!!! These folks could potentially be very dishonest. Was looking at a BMW M3 that they had listed on Craigslist under phone number 305-699-5997.
I asked if there were any problems with the car and he said there were not.
I got a hold of the VIN number for the vehicle and found that there were two open recalls on the car, which he did not disclose. Legally, they have to take care of the recalls before the sale. He told me that I should take it to BMW to take care of it.
Very dishonest manner of dealing. If they try to pull this, who knows what they'll do.

2 Months Ago I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Tried taking my vehicle in to Nissan for a routine maintenance & was told that the vin plate on the drivers side windshield had been removed & the sticker on the drivers side had also been removed. When I tried reaching the dealer & advised them they said that it could of been the car had been stolen & they had to change the vin for that reason. Yet, when the vehicle was being sold the carfax did not state anything about the car being stolen nor did they disclose that the vehicle had been stolen. Personally I think this is

Jorge helped navigate my purchase with full disclosure and no pressure. And once the sale was completed he has continued to help me with minor maintenance issues and questions. He even helped me get my wife's SUV

If I can give a negative 1000 I would . They are very sketchy and crooks. Do not I repeat do not buy any car from these people . The guy promised the car would be running fine once they changed the starter and do an oil change . Turns out we drive it out the next day for it to not start at all that night. I contacted the guy that sold me the car and all he could say was you signed as is contract with no warranty, in which it was the only paper mainly explained and pointed out to us. Needless to say I began crying on the phone I am a single mother of 3 . I bought my oldest a little car
