Horrible customer service. There goal is to lie to your face and steal your money. Robert, the sales manager lacks respect and maturity. He lied to me 3 times.. told me to bring in 1500 for my down payment and then when I get there with the money, lies again, and tells me to come back the next day as the bank is closed. All because they can't either say my credit doesn't qualify or I would need a different car. This business is only interested in your money, and not you as a customer. DO NOT BUY HERE. Save yourself and go to a more reputable business that's known in the South Florida region rather

2014 I was determined to get a new Impala. Benji's was my 3rd dealer that day. I was approached by Dennis (God bless the dead) and told him straight forward from start to finish what I've been through that day. He said: "That's horrible but I can guarantee that won't happen here." Long story short, it didn't, I drove off with the car I wanted, granted my credit score was bad, payments were high but it was expected. Dennis kept his promise to me and I value that more than anything. I called today to purchase another vehicle through Dennis but he has passed away. You guys have lost a great man! I
