You can also drop your application off in our "drop box" located outside our "Brick Inn" apartment building located at 148 High Street in Farmington or mail it to: Riverbend Property Management P.O.

The security deposit which is equal to one month's rent - we do not take credit or debit cards. Payments can be made with checks, money orders or bank check. Your vehicle information - plate number, make, model, color, if not already provided on the application. A reference - name and phone number - someone who is not related - a coach, teacher, boss, etc, if not already provided on the application.

Anyone who rents or rented from Riverbend knows how terrible these people are. They have no consideration for humanity, and their business practice is akin to con artistry. While I was renting from them, the landlord frequently showed up without notice, and I even caught him trying to look up my girlfriends towel on one of these surprise visits. They scam people out of their security deposits, then have the audacity to yell at their ex tenants when confronted. I would recommend living in a box before renting from this family owned business again.
