Matt Larson was recommended when I called the University of Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute's helpline looking for a therapist and fortunately he was a provider on my insurance plan. Call it fate, divine guidance, karma I'm grateful Matt came into my life. Contacting him for an appointment he rearranged his schedule to work with me.

I started seeing Matt at a time I was in complete crisis. I went to several therapists over a few years before that before I found a good fit. I thought I was looking for a female therapist, but a fit is a fit, and I guess there's no way to predict that. I was very slow to trust and he was not pushy at all, let me work at my pace and I've never felt any amount of judgment from him.
