I wish I had caught their names. The driver of the well equipped pink truck was amazing and her partner also extremely quick and skilled. She maneuvered the truck into my driveway better than I have backed in before. They dropped my car half way into and ready to roll into my garage. After a horrible experience yesterday with multiple companies… contracted through AAA, this morning I went through my insurance (Geico) which was able to dispatch me a driver within the hour from B & D towing. My girlfriend had her car serviced by this company through her car insurance company for a jumpstart and a flat tire on two separate occasions.
The company representative, Wesley, made inappropriate comments to her. She is a married woman with her small child with her and he kept harassing her with statements like being her child's new dad.

Thankful for the tow truck driver that came to pick my husband's car up today on 301 in Riverview! You gentlemen have a very scary job. I sat there and watched car after car zoom past inches away from hitting your driver! So many cars do not get over! Thank you for risking your life as you do your job!

They are great! Had a blowout on I-75 very early Friday morning! We use AAA and we hooked up with them. He was very professional and friendly. Took us home first to get other car then drop out the other vehicle off at our repair shop. I wished I would have got our drivers name but he was outstanding

I had a great experience with B & D today. I called the other (unnamed) company that my mechanic recommended and they said it’d be 5 hours! Then the police recommended B&D and the guy showed up even sooner than the 90 min they told me. I didn’t have to wait long at all!!
David was my driver. He was fast, efficient, polite, kind, and just a really… nice person to ride with in a stressful time. Because of him, I would recommend this company to anyone I know and will share my recommendation on my own FB page to all my friends. Thank you David and thank you D&B!!

Wow these guys were incredible. My wife and I had our 29ft travel trailer towed from New Port Richey to Tampa Airport Customs office so that it could be inspected for final admittance to the United States. The driver they sent was a true artist with a tow truck. Our trailer was in a really tight spot of the storage facility and behind a small hill. The driver (I think his name was Jerry) maneuvered to pull the trailer out but not without a lot of work. Thanks for not giving up on that one, it was not easy. After the inspection he took it back and did a great job managing to get it in the same

This place is awful. I had my car towed here after an accident by the police because an ambulance was taking me to the hospital. They would not let me pick up my car without my dad who was the primary owner of the vehicle. They wouldn't even let me go get stuff out of my car without him despite phone calls from my dad and the insurance company. He had to take off work to pick me up and take me. They also wouldn't let me authorize the vehicle to go to the lot my insurance had (probably to get more money).

Jerry was great second time he help us out first time was a tow after car wreck in Walmart. Have been using B & N be towing for years without even knowing it they have delivered and air-conditioning equipment to jobsites and picked up trucks after accidents. Using them for the first time on personal issues very happy with everybody they sent out.

DO NOT GO HERE ALONE! Especially if you're a woman!!!! The guy tries to scam you out of paying with a credit card. If you have money they try and say they can't give you change. I refused to have them tow my car elsewhere and they kept telling me they are going to close and my tow truck wouldn't make it in time. I thankfully was able to push drag my car out of their lot and the guy closed up his shop and shut the gate and left!!! Forty five minutes early!!!! I was left there to wait for my tow truck with no one there to make sure I had help.

Had to wait over 3 hours for the truck but honestly after I was picked up the driver I think his name was Billy (Whom ever is in truck 7) made up for it. About the best service I've ever had from a tow driver. Even after the shuttle had stopped running from the dealership I took my car too, he offered to drive me to my home. Really turned around my perception of the company.

Was stuck at a Tampa shopping mall with a dead battery with no one strong enough power to jump me up. Called many towing company's that told me it would take 2 hours and some with 3. Called B and D they were there in 25 min. Boom Ray had my giant F-350 going in 5 min. I highly recommend this service. Thanks guys
