I thought Mike had done a decent job of inspecting the home we were buying, but later I realized that he'd gotten a few key things wrong. Probably the worst and most expensive mistake he made was that, according to him, we were buying a house with copper electrical wiring when in fact it was aluminum. A HUGE MISTAKE.

I wasn't sure who to use as there are many home inspectors. I called several, but once I spoke with Michael Monnet the owner of NM Home Inspections, I found he was very knowledgeable and well informed. He cares about his clients and making sure they are purchasing a home in good condition. I felt I knew the house well once he went through everything.
