Robert and his team performed asbestos abatement services at an older home I purchased. He came and inspected the property promptly, identified the problem areas and tested. He sent copies of the lab tests and explained the results clearly, including the required clean up and removal process. All the the work was completed quickly and cleanly. Re-testing assured the property was clear and safe.

I hate posting negatives reviews, so I have waited a few months before deciding that I can't ignore how disappointed I was with my inspection from ActiveHome. Robert never contacted me when he said he would, requiring me to repeatedly call to ask for the same information which he has said he would email me, including my inspection report. Further, the inspection missed several significant items that should have been checked (like operational door handles!) He also is NOT certified to test radon yet spent most of his inspection discussing the "elevated levels" he found in the house via incorrect
