Services
Fit for Life has created a Get Started Program that is the ultimate way to develop an exercise program designed specifically for you. The "Get Started" Program is an instructional based program that includes 4 sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. Our goal is to teach you how to safely and independently exercise to get the most benefit from your workout by learning to recruit the right muscle groups at the right time.
A complimentary or nominal fee membership at Fit for Life in partnership with select health plans. That depends on which program you are eligible for under your insurance plan. There are no sign-up or monthly fees for membership in the SilverSneakers Fitness Program, but there may be an annual fee to participate in the Silver & Fit Program depending on what your insurance policy requires.
Personal Trainers can help anyone, regardless of age or physical condition. First, decide what your goals are. Do you want to shed body fat or increase your muscular definition? Do you just want to get in shape? Do you want to improve your athletic performance or are you recovering from an injury and need to exercise?
A wellness coach is a certified, trained professional who works one on one with clients to help them find ways to pursue a healthier lifestyle. It is not the same as having a personal trainer since exercise is not always the behavior change that needs to occur.
Wellness coaches encourage clients to change aspects of their lives that are most unhealthy which could include but is not limited to changing dietary habits, getting more exercise, increasing energy, time management or quitting smoking.A good coach won't simply tell clients which behaviors they need to drop or engage in.

The program was founded on the concept that we train to improve our effectiveness on the playing field, not necessarily in the gym. We aim to see improvements in the gym, but our goal is to be better at our specific sport. With this in mind, an athlete on the sidelines cannot help their team win, therefore, injury prevention and correct training habits take center stage.

Very CLEAN gym and EXTREMELY reasonably priced for single people and couples/families! I HIGHLY reccomend this gym over ANY gym in town!! Come join and find out why! :)
