Needed a wheelchair so I called this store. They said they have them, starting at $250. I go to this store to buy one. There were 2 other customers, 2 employees and me. 15 minutes later I walked out the door after being ignored. Went to AGC Medical Supply in Bedford, where I found helpful people and MUCH better prices. Bought new wheelchair for $179. Thank you Healthcare Store for ignoring me!

Jenn is a jewel. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She is very experienced and knows the ins and outs of the medical supplies her store carries. She answered my questions on the phone thoroughly and went above and beyond the level of customer service I have come to expect from most businesses. When my son took my wheelchair in she provided what we needed and he was back with it in no time.

Wonderful wonderful service. I have had my scooter just over a year. I have managed to loose batteries because I went over speed bumps too fast. Not a common problem for most if not all people. They were amazing and devised a belt to keep them in place despite speed bumps. It works beautifully,l 4000 mile road trip over road construction and some bumpy roads and they stayed wonderfully in place.the people there are extremely nice and helpful, I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you!!!

Horrible customer service experience with Jen/Jennifer on Saturday, November 17, 2018 when I was trying to get a prescription filled for a knee walker. From start to finish, her attitude and customer service skills towards me made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience in her day. I don’t know if the negative tone was set when her coworker called while she was at lunch to advise that there was a customer in the store that needed insurance benefits verified or not. He told me I needed to come back in 30-45 minutes, which I had no problem doing. After coming back and trying to conduct business

We have purchased a lift chair and a scooter and a couple of smaller items. John the owner is extremely helpful and stands behind his products 100%.
