Examination of diagnostic x-rays: Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer. Gum disease evaluation: Check the gums and bone levels around teeth for any signs of periodontal disease.
Tooth whitening is a simple, non-invasive dental procedure used to change the color of natural tooth enamel and is an easy way to enhance the beauty of your smile. A composite or tooth-colored filling is used to repair a tooth that is affected by decay, cracks, fractures, etc. The decayed or affected portion of the tooth will be removed and then filling with composite resin. There are many types of filling materials available, each with their own advantages and disadvantages.
Periodontal disease is diagnosed by your dentist or dental hygienist during a periodontal examination. This type of exam should always be part of your regular dental check-up. A periodontal probe is gently used to measure the pocket or space between the tooth and the gums. The depth of a healthy sulcus measures 1-3mm and does not bleed.

Staff was so nice! Dr. Dollar was really sweet too! I can’t wait to keep seeing them! The hygienist was really sweet and made me feel super comfortable and Dr Dollar was very nice and you could really tell he genuinely cares for his patients! It made going to the dentist so much better. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I can't say enough about my experience at Dr. Dollar's office. I had somewhat of an emergency(broke my baby tooth, haha, 47 years old and still have a baby tooth) although it wasn't hurting, I called my normal dentist, of 15 years, and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could see me. What?? 2 weeks?? Anyway, my co-worker was telling me about her dentist, Dr. Dollar, and even called them. They told me to be there in 2 days, unless it started hurting.
I went in, he x- rayed my teeth, and was able to put a filling in it, all in the same morning. Needless to say, Dr. Dollar now has a new patient

I love it here! I feel like part of the family. Staff is ALWAYS smiling, friendly and inviting.
Dr.Dollar is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. Recently, I had an implant taken care of. I have had a lot of other work done in the past and I have always been very pleased with the result!
