I just got my vehicle back today and I am very impressed. The estimate was quick and easy. Kristie was friendly and efficient with explaining the process. I was told it was cut out after four times repairing the same spot and that metal was put in and I called Randy the owner because I take care of my car and I was never called back. In my opinion go somewhere else where they don't stuff Bondo in because that's what the other two shops told me and showed me

Corey would not listen to me when u tried to explain what happened. Lied to my face and said she’d call the insurance co. Abs myself and never did. Talked down to me. Called me honey when in twice her age. With not completed properly and she would not follow through. Worst experience I have ever had there. They used to be professional and follow through. She needs to stay in claims and not deal with the customers and then lie.

This is a top notch buisness. Someone spilled a 5 gal bucket of paint in the road that I drove through with my truck. The owner and his daughter came outside in the cold weather on their hands and knees cleaning the paint off of my truck. After rubbing and wiping on my truck for over an hour the owner told me to have a nice day no charge. This man loves his customers and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend any business that cares this much about their customers. Great people

Took our car there to have damage on rear door which involved replacing the door and painting some other panels. Upon receiving the vehicle there were multiple issues including the door not fitting properly and not closing properly. There were also many spots that were dull since they were not polished properly. Lastly the inside of the vehicle was very dusty and there were also some overspray inside that couldn't be cleaned. Besides the interior being cleaned, the other issues were taken care of but only after taking the vehicle back and being without it again. I would not recommend taking

People at this body are very friendly and customer focused. The lady at the desk is very pleasant and helpful. As for the work from the shop; not what I expected. Had to take my car back for buffing after seeing paint build up on where the door and fender meet. Not sure how they did that. Paint had dust specs in several places. Edge of rear door had some sort of white hard build up on it that looked very bad. Car had overspray on windows and other parts of the car. They did try to fix some of the areas but I'm not sure why that would return a one year old car in that condition. I am turning the

Custom auto body does not honor their guarantee and with their poor workmanship you will definitely need it.
I had new bumpers put on my car by custom auto body. The paint was uneven, the entire car was covered in overspray, and the paint on both bumpers began to crack. After visiting a couple competing body shops and speaking with the owner Lance at length about it, he refused to acknowledge the problem.
He than brought his own employee out who indicated that the paint was cracking due to poor prep prior to painting. Further inspection reveals stripped screws, cross-threaded bolts, and poor

My car was supposed to be done December 21. Then told me it would be done wed dec 26 still not done. Tried to put a refurbished part in car leaked. Now has to take to mechanic an might be done next Wednesday day but that's just a opinion to see what he can do most likely car still won't be done. Don't trust what these people have to say. If they say car will be done first of Jan plan on 6 months after. Didn't receive calls first two times it was going to take longer. Had to call them. IF YOU CAN MAKE ANY CHOICE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO IT!
