Services
First, call your local police department and make a report. If your vehicle needs towed, give Rupple's Towing a call at (330) 837-8000 and advise them to bring your vehicle to Elite Auto Body. Call your insurance company and make a claim, even if you are not at fault. Informing your insurance company can potentially help you get your claim handled much faster in some situations.

This company feels that calling me out by full name, and giving a detailed account of my personal vehicle experience is appropriate. I am happy with the repairs themselves. I believe this company does good quality work. However, there is a severe lack of communication. My vehicle was there for 10 days, weekend or not. I made an appointment for my vehicle over the phone. I was told to email the estimate so that parts would be in place when my vehicle arrived. I do understand things to change, things happen, more work needs to be done, etc... But I had no idea what was going on. I was never told

Ty and his crew run an excellent body shop. They listen to their customers and what the customer expects from the repairs. They work well with insurance companies so your vehicle is repaired in a timely manner. They offer fair pricing as well. We have never been disappointed. Thanks again guys for getting our suv back on the road in 5 days.
