Once completed, we will walk you around the house so you can see the things you need to know about so you can make an educated decision on your home purchase. I would highly recommend David. He found several issues with our newly built home that were unexpected. He was more flexible and easy to deal with than I ever expected. His report was very thorough but simple enough for us to follow as first time home buyers. It had detailed pictures as well. Thank you David!

Super great experience with David who is super nice!!! Called late evening on a Wednesday and he got our inspection done the following morning. He was so thorough with regard to every detail. I would definitely recommend Secure Choice Home Inspections. Prices are very reasonable as well. 5+++++ stars!!!

Dave did a fantastic job. He caught all the things we hadn’t noticed and was extremely thorough which is exactly what we wanted - peace of mind. Would highly recommend for first time buyers and anyone who wants peace of mind in their house purchase. Dave even helped us out with suggestions outside the scope of our inspection about improving our home, like energy efficient foam in the attic and how to best care for the foundation.

David was recommended from a friend of mine for a home inspection. David worked me in the following day with minimal notice.
David was extremely thorough and took the time to explain each and every one of his evaluations and why they were important.
David's finished report was sent within hours of him finishing the inspection and he welcomed any and all questions that I had(there were many).
