New Home Phase Inspections consist of three inspections and possibly some drop-in checkups. We will monitor the builder's progress and inspect at these specific points to report observations that may not be best practices or up to local or building standards. Phase I - Pre-pour foundation, Phase II - Pre-Drywall/Siding, and Phase III - Final and full inspection.
All Professional Home Inspectors in Texas must be licensed by the state and therefore must follow the "minimum" standard for inspections and reporting by the state. But not all Professional Home Inspectors have the same skill level, attention to detail, thoroughness, customer service or report delivery quality.

Excellent. I reached out to Chris on a Saturday for home inspection. He was able to accommodate my request on a short notice and scheduled inspection for the next day despite it being a Sunday. Our realtor referred Chris Ruten and his company to perform a pre-sale home inspection. He spent over 4 hours reviewing the property. We met for about 30 minutes at the conclusion of his inspection, and Chris thoroughly explained all items that were even remotely concerning to him. We were recommended Dragonfly by our realtor when buying a house in Weatherford. There was a previous inspection doen for this property but Chris and his team did so much more thorough an inspection we backed out of the contract. Update: Last week we had multiple days of freezing weather. Chris reached out to reinspect all the piping. Our inspection was done weeks ago.
