Worst tow company ever! The first time I called they said they would have someone call me in about 45 minutes. After not hearing from them, I called back after an hour and they said they will have someone call right back. Still no call all night. Luckily, I set up the towing with a competent towing company, A Tow who gave me an ETA and was on time. Don't waste your time with Tow Atlanta! They are the most unprofessional company I've dealt with!

Me and my girl friend were stuck on the side of the road and called them to tow the car 2 minutes away from where we were . They told us they will have someone there to us in 45 minutes. I tried to be cool and just follow up after an hour. After an hour I called and he said the guy is 20 minutes away. 20 minutes passed and I'm still stuck here no call no nothing and I'm sure they have blocked me . It's as if it's hard to do your job .

The worst towing company in Atlanta. They told me they were arriving in 45 minutes upon the phone call and once it was 50 minutes and they weren't here i called 10+ times and they declined every phone call. Not to mention my car was 4 minutes away from the company itself. I would not recommend ever using this towing company.

Tow Atlanta damaged my vehicle while completing a requested tow. They put a large hole in the bumper by hitting the garage door of my apartment building (Modera) in Atlanta. The tow truck driver called me to inform me of the damage, took pictures, and admitted liability. I was then put in contact with Syre Perkins - the owner of the company - who stated he would pay for the damage after I provided an estimate. Syre has been avoiding my numerous calls and not responding to emails. It has been several weeks since the accident. Any company who does business like this should be avoided. I will

They seem like great guys. I got into an accident last fall and my car was undriveable. My insurance called out a tow and these guys were sent out. Truthfully, I was waiting for like literally 2 hours but it turned out the insurance folks filed the claim wrong and the tow folks weren't properly notified. So when they got the call, it was quick quick for them to be there. Literally like 20 mins. The driver was pretty nice too!

Excellent service, they stay in touch and are on time. Very nice, knowledgeable drivers. But... UNTRUSTWORTHY... Needed tow job in December, paid in cash after the driver couldn't complete the transaction because the credit card machine wouldn't work (it was a very rainy day). Syree Perkins knew of the cash payment and also the credit charge, that it was a mistake and said my money would be refunded. The check is in the mail.... It's now almost June. Have Emailed, send registered letters, FedEx - Syree asked for my phone number and address numerous times, was sent documentation

Wow! Allen N. was our hero today! Our car just quit working on I-285 today and it was so scary! Allen was there in only 20 minutes and he was so nice! I took this picture while waiting in the air conditioned cab of the tow truck, which he kindly suggested I do because it was hot outside and 285 was so dangerous. Hug your local tow truck driver. I was reminded of how dangerous their jobs are when I watched him lift our car up on the side of the nations most dangerous highway! My husband and I were worried for his safety, but he was a professional in every sense of the word and an extremely good

Your response is absolutely incorrect. The insurance company had nothing to do with the driver damaging my bumper. I never spoke with the insurance regarding my bumper because I remained in contact with the driver (or owner, which is how he identified his self.) He even called and personally offered to pay to fix the bumper and then avoided me thereafter because I refused to remove my review from Yelp. Again, I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give them less than a star I would because they are a bunch of liars.

Very unprofessional. I was basically cursed out over the phone trying to get a situation addressed. They create unsafe driving conditions and I wouldn't even trust them to transport my car any where. Use at your own risk. Further they provide a service and if you can not provide good customer service maybe you should get a job some where else.

I locked my keys in my truck late Saturday night. It was totally a careless mistake, so I needed a lockout service. I called several 24/7 locksmiths that sent me to voicemail before trying towing companies. Tow Atlanta answered and offered a great rate of $50. That is a stellar deal. I was told it would be an hour and that was acceptable so I began to wait. An hour passed so I called to check in and was assured that the operator was on his way since an hour had passed. 30 minutes later I called again and was told the driver was still on a call, but they would have him call me. 15 more minutes pass

Towatlanta comes to the rescue. After 2 unsuccessful attempts by other towing companies to show up Towatlanta and its staff got the job done while going far beyond the industry standard. It was cold and pouring rain and issues with my roadside assistance. Arsenio and his supervisor Steve who personally came out to assist in the towing were professional and understanding of how hard life can be at times. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services. Thank you Towatlanta for outstanding service. 5 stars isn't enough for the service you will receive!
