It took a while due to my credit card company and he was very patient and even got my daughter some snacks and really took care of us.

We are just traveling through our coolant overflow was leaking and we called all around. Service manager Mike told us to just come in when we get to town, Jason in parts found part for us at another Dodge Dealer so we didn't have to wait for them to order it from LA, we picked it up on the way. We stopped in with our 5th wheel attached Mike had the service tech Joe put the part on there in the parking lot. They went above and beyond for us and treated us like VIPs even though we may never be back in since we live in Boise. Had us all done in an hour. So we could get back on road.

Perfect buying experience! I ordered my brand new 2022 Ram TRX from Sahara Ram and could not be happier! I had my heater fixed today and I must say I really appreciated the Customer Valued Services that I received from Jose, Amber and Keith. I didn't remember the managers name but he was great as well. I was very comfortable while waiting for my car and happy with the time it took to repair. I still had my entire day ahead of me. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The experience was great.. The service AMAZING from all the staff.. To be able to drive out with a brand new vehicle was a great feeling and they made it possible for us.. We highly recommend them and now we know where we are getting our other vehicles from.. used or new they have a great selection..

Don't even take a free water bottle because somehow someway, even THAT will cost you $300.
This is the most shady car dealership I have ever been to. They find a way to wiggle out of EVERY single warranty coverage you try to use. I don't want to give this post anymore energy. And I challenge you to find the same staff member twice. More turnovers than a bakery.

If you ever buy a car, I recommend seeing Ivan and JT for any of your needs. Ivan was our car sales person and I have never received any service remotely close to his.
I have bought a few cars in my lifetime but he's not like any car sales person I've known.
I recently bought a truck for my daughter who attends UNLV college. After purchasing the truck I went to the restroom for a few minutes and I came back out and he was cleaning the inside of her truck. Then he helped us transfer my daughter personal belongings from her car to the new truck as well. He helped us get a side step

The customer service at this dealership is as good as it gets. I had a truck that I took there to get serviced and was blown away. Even though it's not the most convenient location for me, I continued to take it there because of the experience. When that truck got wrecked, I made it a point to purchase new at this dealership, with the expectation that the experience with the sales team would be as good as with the service team. It was, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm a loyal fan.

Absolutely ridiculous, there's really no other way to describe it.
First-time customer, long-time Jeep owner.
Called a week in advance to schedule a simple oil change. Showed up on the day, right after they opened (no one in the Service line ahead of me).
Didnt hear anything all day - so I call 8 hours later:
"We didn't get to it; 'backlog'."
Nope. That's b.s.
and I'll never be back.

On Monday April 26, 2021, I took my 2017 Dodge Challenger to the Dodge Ram dealership on west Sahara in Las Vegas. I spoke with the service rep name Bobby. I explained I needed an oil change and if he could take a look at my air conditioning because it wasn't blowing cold air. He said ok, I gave him my info including my warranty info. He said if not today the car should ready by tomorrow and that he would contact me. On Tuesday afternoon I decided to give the dealership a call to check on the status of the car. I spoke with Bobby who told me that there was a leak in the air conditioning line

I saw an ad for a Van, I went there to purchase the Van, after not being able to accept their financing I offered cash for the Van. The price went up about 700.00 dollars plus taxes and fees. I offerd them the price that was advertised plus taxes and fees, they refused. SO they are either crooks or racist or both.
