Reached out through their website regarding a business accounting and tax issue I was looking for assistance with. I never received a response. I know that the integrated “Contact us” messaging features on some websites can be flaky, so I went ahead and emailed the firm directly. Never heard back from them via that method either. This has been over a period of weeks between the two attempts. Don’t have enough confidence in them at this point to try calling, because the current level of communication is poor enough that I don’t trust their attention to detail.

I have used Upstate CPA's for my personal taxes for 10 years, encompassing changes in 1099, W2, LLC and homeowner statuses.
