Every company needs a CFO presence on their team. We provide an expert CFO to small businesses for a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee. Our CFOs have diverse experience in multiple companies, giving us a fresh and unique perspective. This allows a small business to have access to talent that wouldn't otherwise be available.
It truly is a ticket to the next level. We are not the typical CFO. We also bring decades of entrepreneurial experience to the table, giving our clients a true strategic partner they can lean on.

Services
After decades of being CFOs in the business world and meeting hundreds of small business owners, one need became apparent: There are far too many businesses operating without financial guidance. Why? Most owners are not financial experts and, as entrepreneurs, they spend most of their time building their business.
A Fractional CFO is an experienced executive who works for your company a "fraction" of the time. This allows a small business to have the expertise of a CFO without the corresponding full-time salary and benefits. Our CFOs are a member of your executive leadership team - They are your CFO. They just aren't there all the time.
We have found that many small businesses get their books done by cramming square pegs into round holes, mostly out of budget necessity. They often have one employee wearing 5 or 6 hats, with the financial side of things taking a backseat. By using our Bookkeeping service, your business can get access to top-notch talent, freeing up your employees to do what they do best.
It is the creation of a comprehensive strategy to successfully exit a privately held business. A good exit plan asks and answers all the business, personal, financial, legal, and tax questions involved in selling your company. It is a complex process, and one of our CFOs can be your expert guide. Only 25% of private businesses have done any exit planning.
This varies from client to client. We accommodate the needs and comfort level of the business owner(s). We try to utilize technology and do as much work virtually as possible. It allows us access to more talent, and it allows us to work more efficiently by cutting down on travel time between clients.

Cash is king within business and Jackson put together key performance indicators to increase cash flow and to help me know what's actually happening to the money within our business. When you are able to look at one spread sheet with the high level monthly indicators (Gross Profit, Operating Profit, PreTax Profit, Net Income, EBITDA, AP, AR, Budget, Future Cashflow Analysis, Etc.) it changes the game for the future of any company. When looking at these KPI's, we can plan and run our company proactively instead of reactively. They are my CFO/Controller without having to pay for these two full time
