Jumbo Banners helped our business design two retractable banners with stands for our first trade show booth. They helped us design the banners. They were patient while we changed our mind a few times. They gave us many excellent suggestions to improve the design. They also made fliers for us to hand out at the show. Highly recommend Jumbo Banners. We have used them three times to create advertising banners for our storage facility. We arrived at San Jose McEnery Convention Center for a conference where we were a title sponsor and the event setup and branding fell short of what we expected! A quick online search led us to Jumbo Banners. I called at 9:15am and had a 33"x80" pop-up banner in hand at our table by 10:50am . Yong Kim was delightful to work with and incredibly friendly. We didn't even have a right-sized art file to send; his graphics department worked magic from a PDF to resize to the banner dimensions required. Jumbo Banners have left me speechless!!!! Great customer service, price and always taking the extra step. An example of many...I had designed my own banner for an event and when I got my email confirmation Ej sent me an extra option of an improvement of my design, I loved it!!! Yong of Jumbo Banners was very friendly and easy to deal with. He offered a lot of good advise and options to help me come up with a good custom design for my banner. He's prompt and responds to emails right away and he got my banner done in record time. I came in to his office on Wednesday and needed my banner by Sunday and he gave me a reasonable price even if my banner had to be rushed. Loved my banner and would work with him again in the future.

I found Jumbo Banners through a google search and was surprised to have my phone call answered on a Saturday. Mr. Yong Kim was very interested in doing a "rush project" for me and invited me to his shop that very afternoon. He showed me some of the work he has done and I was very impressed. I explained what I required and he quoted me a fair and reasonable price and asked me to e-mail some pictures to use. When I went in to pick up the finished product it far exceeded my expectation! I found Jumbo Banners on the internet in need of a banner and fast!!! I emailed Yong Kim and within minutes was sent a reasonable quote. I went down and met with Yong and his wife, they were very personable and just nice people. I had two photos with me that I wanted on my daughters Graduation Banner. I completely trusted leaving my photos with them and was very comfortable that Yong knew exactly what I wanted. I came to jumbo banners a couple of months ago to make a banner for my husband's store front. I spoke with Mr. Kim about what I wanted. He was so nice and so sweet. He was also so helpful in helping me decide what would look nice on the store. He was very efficient in returning phone calls and emails. I approved the banner and it was ready to be picked up less then a week. When I came to pick it up Mr.Kim unrolled the banner and I was soo happy! The banner looked great! He carried the banner out to the car for me. Great customer service!!! Highly recommended!
