Alex is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Oakland, California with a Doctoral degree in Women's Health and Neuromuscular Pain Management. He is also professionally trained in herbs, Tui Na(Manual Therapy), TCM nutrition and diet in South Korea. He will be able to guide you through all the depths of alternative healing.

Involved in a car accident. T-boned at a intersection in Oakland. Very shocked at the moment and started to feel discomfort, stiffness and pain in the neck, shoulder, and low back. Called them and luckily they provide a medical lien. I have been treated for 3-4 months on credit. Alex is professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for anyone suffering from personal injury.

The office is always clean and welcoming! He is also very professional and really listened to my concerns.

I've been to multiple doctors for my lower back, but Dr. Lee has been far the best doctor I've been to. I was skeptical at first, but after a couple of treatments, the pain and the restriction of movement I had on my lower back seemed to disappear. I highly recommend coming to Shine Me Wellness for at least a consultation. You wont be disappointed with the professionalism and the treatment you receive.

Dr. Lee has been treating me for a little over 2 years now, but he's by far the best acupuncturist I've met. He always makes sure he understands where my pain points are and explains his plan for treatment. He definitely knows a lot from his PhD program. Most importantly, he makes sure I'm fixed up before I leave. I moved to the South Bay a year ago, but I still make the 1+ hour trip to Dr. Lee's clinic for treatment. If I wasn't clear, I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Being a regular patient here for a year now for my wellness maintenance(pain relief and stress relief). I happily come in for regular monthly tune ups every 3-4 weeks to balance energies and relieve the stress and pain. He definitely knows a lot from his doctorate program. That’s a big plus. Highly recommend Dr. Lee and this place to everyone looking for a great acupuncturist in this area!

Dr. Lee is just fantastic! The office is also nice and clean. Before I started acupuncture, I had to take pain meds daily to control the neck and low back pain for several months. I was very apprehensive about trying acupuncture because I don’t like needles, but after the first several treatments my pain was much much better. I am so happy with my results that I plan on continuing w/ him for maintenance. I feel really fortunate to have met Dr. Lee! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Nice and relaxing atmosphere! I'm extremely happy with the result. There are not many places doing acupuncture & skin care.. so I was skeptical at first when my friend recommended this place. But, it was the best choice I’ve ever made. I have struggled with wrinkles and deep dark circles under my eyes for 10 years. I looked like I was tired in the morning and at night. But, after 5 sessions ( it was a skin care treatment plan combining lifting, whitening, & wrinkle treatment ), I could see the noticeable result! My eyes and skin look so much better! Dr. Lee is the best acupuncturist I've ever gone to. I have had on every meeting with them very positive experience. I've been to physical therapy and chiropractic but acupuncture is doing wonders on my back and health issues. I feel like he tailor each visit according to your personal health and gives you one on one attention. . It is important to while In the interview to discuss your concerns so he can work with you to feel and receive positive response.
