I called American Exterior in March of 2020, interested in getting 3 windows and siding done on my house. Francis promptly came out, and gave me a quote. Due to health issues, and the Covid shutdown, I needed to wait a year to start the project. Francis was very patient with me, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. After running into some foundation issues, Francis put my mind at ease, and quickly had everything taken care of, and was back to

We used American Exteriors to replace our windows last year and our siding and insulation this year and our house looks awesome. Francis and his team did an excellent job. A very high level of attention to detail: every cut and angle is perfect, and I am very picky about such things. If an angle is not exactly parallel or perpendicular as it should be, it drives me nuts. Renovating a 100+ year old house, of course unexpected problems arose, and they adapted to each situation well, adjusting their plan as necessary. When a Vancouver company quoted me a price for new siding and exterior painting that, as a retiree, I just couldn't afford, Francis gave me a quote that was $9,000 less and it was for higher quality material. He threw in two free windows, replaced the rottem wood under the old siding and even suggested the addition of window shutters that really dressed up the front of my house. Plus, he built a catio for my 7 cats and even put in a cat door for them.
