I love the place the apartments are big and spacious. The apartments have walk in closet. You also have a small yard in the back. There is issues with parking. Parking should be for the renters others should park across street. Other than that it is a nice place to live. I recommend this company for their reasonable rent and the way they keep up the landscaping here. They also provide pest control.

I just wanted to take a minute to tell people how amazing Philippe and North Realty treated me the whole time I leased a home from them. First of all I have very seldom been treated as kind as I was by Philippe. When ever I needed a repair or something fixed he was always prompt and on time never complaining but always concerned about us and getting what ever was broken fixed.
