Took my Lexus in for a front bumper. They were kind, worked with my insurance company and did an excellent job. You wouldn't know anything happened. Highly recommend.

I've been to this Body shop twice and never a disappointment! They are really nice and very helpful . Ken the manager such a nice gentleman helped me out and he did an amazing job ! My car did take a little longer than expected it I honestly didn't mind only because I know it isn't in there hands to get something approved by the insurance or when parts from vehicles will arrive. They kept communicating with me giving me updates, I couldn't have as for better customer services all the gentleman's that work there are amazing ! Keep up the good work and I will definitely recommend

In short: SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
For context, I was stopped at a light, dropped my chapstick, picked it up with my foot still on the break (apparently not pushing hard enough), and looked up to accidentally bumping the person in front of me. She had a few scratches on her plastic bumper and an almost unnoticeable bump on her metal bumper. We decided it was SO minor that I might as well pay cash, so we headed to this body shop. To both of our utter shock, the owner told us that the scratches on the bumpers would take "so much labor to fix that I might as well buy brand new bumpers

I've used Grove Body Shop four times. Excellent customer service, expert work. Quick repairs. No hassles from my insurance company because Grove Body Shop is one of their preferred shops.

Really bad services. After they painted my car, the hood has a lot of tiny bubbles those did not there before. They did not try to fix it, but they blamed on me that my car had those before called rockchips.
They did not mention anything about the rock chips on my hood when they sent me the report and after my complaining, they added in and blame on me. Their services are not deserved even 1 star. Think twice before bring your car to this shop. They are really bad

I found Grove Body Shop on my approved body shop list from State Farm. I had someone back into my car recently in a parking lot. I decided to go with this body shop because of Ken and Tony. They both were really nice and explained everything to me and really took care of me and my car.
After having my car for three days I came back and picked my car up. There was someone washing my car when I got there. I was so happy with how great my car looked. I came here to have my car fixed referred by my insurance Statefarm. Tony i guess he's the owner, he's very kind, professional and attentive to my car's damages-front bumper. My car got fixed within 3 days so that was fast!

We've been coming here since 99' and we don't trust any other body shop with our repairs. Every job they've done for me and my relatives has been A1 service and results.
You can tell they're good because they're always busy and the lot is always full of cars.
I recently had them repair my bumper and it was done in a day! Thanks Tony for always taking care of us like family!

UPDATE Review: I'M BACK!! Once again I selected Tony's shop to get repairs done on my Lexus IS250C convertible. I was rear ended again and knew I was going to select Grove Body Shop to do my repairs. They are always friendly and provide excellent customer service. The repairs on my vehicle were done perfectly, my car looks fantastic! My State Farm insurance agent originally recommended Tony's shop. I'm so happy I came here for my vehicle repairs. They truly do beautiful work and keep you updated through the entire process. Took my car to repair a dent on my hood, picked it up and noticed overspray over my headlight lens, went home and saw overspray in a few more places. Would not recommend at all.

I couldn't have asked for better service! My situation was difficult as is and they made it super easy for me & let me be worry free! I can't thank Tony enough for fixing my car just the way I had it before it was hit! Tony and his team were so helpful and extremely kind! I recently got into a small fender bender. The owner of the commercial truck recommends me to this place. They initially quoted me $2,400.00 to repair my car. They were able to give me a generous discount.

I decided to repair my car here after they guaranteed me a lifetime warranty for their work. I dropped off my car on Monday and was ready for pick up on Friday. They did a great job on the repairs and even buff out the little scratches that were not a part of the accident. They didn't charge me extra either.
