My Tesla 3 got hit from behind and the car
was no longer able to charge. Geico was great
as well. They told me just pick any shop.
I got quotes from a couple of places but they all
keep stalling. So one phone call to City Collision
Center and the accept the job at ease. The place
was big and busy. Still they took my business and
me a quote in a day. Told me when it would be ready,
which was 2 months but it was reasonable because
of the damage.
Upon pick up was easy, Ormarion was very helpful. He showed me the car and inform me about life time warranty. Any problem, just bring it back

My Model 3 was in an accident and this shop was one of the few certified Tesla approved facilities available. Other shops were over capacity so I was left to take it here as they were willing to take it in. Unfortunately the car was declared a total loss after spending 2 weeks in their lot. They claimed that they didn't have people available to tear down the car. Well after the determination of a total loss, this collision center charged $4000 of storage fees. Be reminded it was because they were too busy for the assessment. Straight up crooks in my opinion. Take your repairs elsewhere if

My Tesla Model Y rear trunk got opened in my garage and hit the garage door. Veronica at the front desk was great at helping me get all of the touch up paint taken care of. Their painter Jorge Ramos went over and above to ensure everything was taken care of and looked like nothing ever happened. Everyone was very fast and paid attention to all the details. After brining my vehicle here to be fixed after incurring bumper, headlight, hood, and headlamp damage in September I was displeased to realize that the cosmetic work was not fully completed once the vehicle was returned to me. I was advised that the paint scratch that was missed would be covered under their lifetime warranty three weeks ago and I am still waiting to have the job completed. There has been no sense of communication on their end and I've had to follow up with them on several occasions to make progress on this matter. I will not recommend them or bring back my business here in

Needed a quote for body work. The shop was closing soon and the guy I spoke to took pictures and said "I'll email you the quote" confirmed the email and # twice. I've yet to hear anything.. booo!

Tesla owners AVOID this body shop...unless you have the patience to wait over 2.5 months for your car to get fixed. The scheduling delays from this week to next week, then next month. The email updates are not reliable.
About quality, the paint work is very bad (bubbly spots). This poor job passed your quality inspection??!!

I couldn't of had a better 1st experience with City Collision today. My Chevy dealership highly recommended them and told me to ask for Angel because he would treat me like family. He did exactly that. He met me the second I pulled up, took pictures, explained what needed to be done and got me a quote within minutes. He was upfront and honest and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. He then had me pull up where Guillermo came out to buff out all the damage and touch up the small scratches. If 10 stars was possible I'd still give it 100 percent rate grade!! Pleased we are is that least to say. From the beginning the service was the upmost professional and home comforting!! My dads car was totaled!! I was recommended to a gentleman by the name of Jaime. (The guy is ALWAYS updating you on the process which I thought was GREAT!!) We took my dads 2016 blue covic there. I believe he was a supervisor there (Julian was his name) looked more like a leader than a boss!! I have never been so pleased with a collision repair shop BUT if anyone needs a professional spot . Bad experience. Took about a month and a half to fix a bumper and hood, $8K in damages on my Tesla model X. When I finally got the call to pick up my car they said it passed their QC "quality control" I got to my car and the remote key fob was not working properly, it would not open the doors! They said give us about an hour we will have it ready... 4 more days later they finally have it ready, they couldn't figure out the issue and had to take it to Tesla to get it working properly again. After my front bumper of my TESLA got damaged from a flying object while driving on the freeway, my insurance company sent me City Collision for the repair. To my surprise, this location is like a "little city" as they have 4 different buildings sitting on the same property specializing in repairing body work for Teslas and exotic cars. I was greeted by a warm, sweet and professional young lady named Veronica. She was awesome! Veronica provided excellent service and kept me up-to-date every other day on the status of my car via email.

I've toured this place long before I had my car in for service. I was impressed back then to say the least. I'm far more impressed now. I wish there was a way to rate above 5 stars! I was devastated when my Tesla got rear ended, but I knew who to call right away, City collision has been on top of everything every step of the way. I got my car back today and I can say I got it back looking better than it did at time of purchase. When I was looking for a place hands down the only place I'd go is City Collision Center. You walk in amazed by the awe of how nice the location is as well as their outstanding customer service. Veronica one of the nice front desk agents helped me get all set up and while I waited, offered a cold bottle of water.
