I have to say that this place gave me the most memorable buying experience I have ever had. I came in with my guard up and ready to haggle with the salesman and boy was I wrong. I had started the purchase online and talked to the sales manager and the salesman, but I had some hesitancy that they would pull the bait and switch or would go back on their word on how much my trade is worth. I was wrong, they stayed true to their word and they were courteous, professional, friendly, and fast. It was one of the fastest buying experiences and I definitely would go back for my next car. Everyone in Garcia Honda are a bunch of crooks. Steve John Silva and the genera manager. They wanted to force me to sell them my trade in or else they wouldn’t sell me their vehicle. I waited TWO months to receive it for them to tell me this.. Yeah I got a better offer elsewhere for my trade in but I was going to put down 10k for a downpayment. They were also trying to force me to get their in-house lending. My credit union had way better interest rates. Msrp was 33,000 with the trade in he wanted to sell me the car for $40,000 without!!!!

The sales team at Garcia are really friendly as you would expect. However, I am leaving this review for Lee A. in the service department. I have dealt with Lee on multiple occasions and he has been great. He is extremely helpful, patient and kind. He makes it easier on mute when I have to take my car in for service.
Since this post I have returned to Garcia to get service on my car and Lee was great again. The service manager was really helpful as well. He did a great job of making sure my car was taken care of. Josiah did a great job as always too. The service department at Garcia is great.

Service department here is the worst. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Garcia Honda and have had issues with a new 2019 Honda Odyssey we purchased from them. The display screen for the backup camera and climate control began intermittently going out, to a completely black screen. This began happening daily. The vehicle is driven by my pregnant wife who needs it to commute to the kids school and for work visits. We've notified Garcia Honda about this and had it in for service MANY times, but the problem has not been corrected. It is extremely inconvenient for us to have to work around their terms
