Love coming here. Brandon does an awesome job of making sure my concerns are addressed and keeping my updated on the progress. He also goes out his way to make sure my service is priority. JC is very knowledgeable and is awesome to work with as well. Only issue is they are very busy, so it usually takes a call or two to reach the service department to get something scheduled, but cant knock em' for getting the job done!

I made the trip to Chalmers from the northeast heights to check out the new Bronco. I am so very glad that I did.
I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Mitch R. answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the new features. He helped me build and price my perfect one, and he and Jocelyn H. got me all set up and my order submitted quickly. They were also very prompt in contacting me when I had questions and modifications afterward. I can’t wait to see everyone again when it’s ready!

On July 2nd I took in my 2017 f150 in for an oil change and regular maintenance at Chalmers Ford Quick Lane. When I left it for service I had no crack in my windshield. When I picked it up there was a 12 inch+ crack. I discovered this myself, I wonder if they thought I would not notice it. The customer service rep told me it was noted on the… pre-inspection. I drive my truck every day, and keep up regular maintenance. I would have seen that crack. Ok I wanted to talk to management, left a message and sent an email (with photo) to Mr. Cordova all day Friday no return, Saturday no return,
