Got my dip nails done with Hanna and they turned out amazing exactly like the pictures I showed her.
I really liked that the dip powder wasn’t super thick by the cuticle (the base of the nail). She used a technique that made the dip look very natural by the cuticle (not a big bump like I’ve seen at other salons)

They did a really nice job on my nails however, they want you to pay in cash. They lied straight to my face and told me that their credit card machine was down so I was forced to use their conveniently placed ATM machine to take out cash. Of course all ATM's have fees so that came out of her tip. Nails look nice, but knocked off two stars for being sneaky and lying.

I've already provided a review, but it's been a year so I felt it was time to add another! I adore this salon to get my nails done. Each time, I love what is done and my go-to nail artist, Nina, is the sweetest. It continuous to be a very clean, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere. Each time, they let me know the price of my nails before getting started, which I so appreciate. I haven't gotten any of the spa services done but I think I will have to give it a try given the quality I've already seen in my nails! AND they last a long time. Highly recommend.

I've been going to WOW Nails for years. They recently renovated the location and it looks great! Only downside - if you schedule an appointment sometimes you need to be patient as they are constantly trying to squeeze in walk-ins and may end up double booking. Great quality manicures and pedicures. Since COVID, there are some new faces but a lot of the original employees have remained! COVID protocols are still in place, masks aren't required but are encouraged. Definitely recommend!

So I got my acrylics filled here only a couple hours ago and they have already broken on two nails. I believe it’s from filing down the nail too much. The nail tech also buffed my criticizes to a point where they feel like they are burning. I would not recommend this place for acrylic filing.

Didn't WOW! Mani and pedi were average. Had much better. My appt was for 6 and closing is around 7 or so, maybe because I came close to closing time, service was just OK. Lady who painted my toes did an OK job, can see streaks. Didn't have time to go back to get corrected as I was traveling the next day. I possibly may give them another chance, but other places I've gone are better.

Just had a manicure here and I feel that it's a bit pricey for the level of service and expertise. The nails look ok, a few are uneven and need some more coating. The lady was nice but she just took a little long and seemed a bit new. Overall a clean place, in a convenient location and good service.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this was hands down the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. I went here on a whim because it was close by and the manicure was so carelessly done and so rushed. She barely filed my nails and they were so uneven, the paint job was beyond horrible, there's so many mistakes and Polish not even on my actual nail, there was nail Polish fading and missing at the top of my nails, didn't even bother to paint around the brim. If you're looking for even a decent gel manicure this is not the place, save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I found this place because I was nearby and had a nail emergency. I walked in and Amy saved the day. I never had tips with dip and I like them more than I thought I would. Amy was so sweet and skilled. Will definitely come back.

Great experience, they squeezed me in and took time to get my nails right. She fixed my nails that I had done somewhere else and she listened to what I wanted and worked with me giving me beautiful nails. It's been a couple days and I still love them. She put in so much effort to make them perfect. I got simple french tips but I'm usually displeased with the line work but she did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend!

I will not recommend this place to anyone unless you want burned eyelid. I went last week and Gina did my eyelash extensions . It looked good the first few hours but then my eyes for swollen . irritaded . I couldn't open my eyes . When back to her the next day to remove the lashes , first she suggested to put ice pads to heal the eyelid . I insisted doe her to remove the lashes she finally did . and she refused to return my $140 that I paid for unprofessional service done by Gina . A week later and my eye lid still broozed and burned . this place needs to be shut down . I am seeking

Went there because it was close to my house and never again. The lady who worked on my pedicure was a novice in many ways, the water was hot AF and she didn't adjust until I told her so, the cuticle cut was jabby and painful, and to end it all, it chipped before it finished drying!! I realized it as I was paying and her response was "oh." I paid $5 extra to get a leg massage and she slathered oil all over my legs and just left them like that. I had to get a towel to wipe it off myself. I would never go back. What a horrible, horrible experience.

I got a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($30) this morning at Wow Nails. I was pretty glad that they were able to do my nails without me having to wait too long. Selection of color is okay for gel and regular color - the initial color that I chose for my hands based on a color swatch was unavailable so I had to choose another color. Tech was great, worked quickly and did a pretty decent job, although I wish the gel color was applied closer to my cuticle. I like that they have a customer rewards program - $10 off after accruing so many points.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were offered complimentary water bottles and a place to sit and wait upon arrival. We did have an appt but they were very busy today and we (3 of us) ended up being here for 2 hours. I'm sure it would have been quicker for one person. Our nails look and feel great though so overall a positive experience and would come again!

It is always a treat to come here for some pampering! Nina is always warm and friendly and does beautiful work. Whenever I come in with an idea of what I want she takes that idea and creates a masterpiece. She is a true artist!
