We haven't gotten our sign yet but we appreciated the CLEAR communication from Magdiel and Aiina. They were super helpful in choosing a sign and also accomodated some tight scheduling to keep on track. I've been quoted by 6 different companies that have 5 star Yelp reviews. I asked for the hood, roof, and trunk with a black matte finish. I've been quoted as low as 380 up to 500. The average was around $450. The I asked Sam's Signs and the guy told me, after receiving pictures of my new car, that they couldn't match the price that he recently finished the same car for $1250 but added a discount of $200 making the final total $1050! To be honest if I had not asked for quotes I would have thought that practical but the quote was so far off what everyone else offered that it

Sam's Signs price matched and delivered a BEAUTIFUL sign for me! Aiina is a master communicator who worked with me and the owner of my building without making me feel bad for all the extra unplanned communication. Yelp suggested four different places to contact to inquire about getting my neon repaired/replaced. None could do the work except Sam's . They were extremely helpful in explaining the process and have been great with helping me make a decision. Their customer service efforts are outstanding and I highly recommend them.

I needed several different kinds of signs for a new store I was building, ranging from exterior illuminated to interior trade dress and decals. Sam's signs is the my go to shop for any business sign needs. They have installed a sign for my San Jose business five years ago, the sign still glowing, they applied for city permits, and installed in a timely manner. I've referred all my business friends and will Continue to do so. Recently, I needed a neon sign for my other business, Aiina took the initiative to match the online price from an out of state company and for the sign done. We actually had a nice sign put up years ago, and it's held up well over time.

The one star is regarding a $1000 deposit she received from our business to create another sign.

After some troubling news at our location, we had to cancel the sign order at which point Aiina had NOT started manufacturing our sign, as we had not finalized the artwork with her designer.

Rather than refund the $1000, she kept it. Her argument is her designer spent an hour (maybe two) working with

I went 6 month ago looking to get a quote and I ended making business with them, witch I love the design the they did on my company car.

One thing i do want to mention is that make sure get your quote on paper at the beginning so they don't come out with different prices witch was exactly what happen to me, but the owner she make work!
So just make sure to get your quote on paper first!

After this experience with Sam's Sign, it makes me want to open more business and have them do all signs. We started our business 5 years ago, and the sign wore off. I called them, they set me up for repair the next day. Aiina the owner was willing to take extra steps to help me cleaned and fixed the sign. I would recommend this company to all my business friends. The works and the customers service they did for me were priceless.
