This family business did a wonderful job restoring our historically-significant sign. The entire process from start to finish was efficient, professional, and timely.
We were initially apprehensive about finding assistance with this project because we were worried we wouldn't find true, traditional neon craftsmanship. It is a lost art and it is not easy to find the perfect team for such a project. Luckily, thanks to Yelp, we found Tony and his team and we couldn't be happier.

I had 2 beer neons that i purchased 10 years ago, that were in storage, after I moved here to the bay area 5 years ago.
I have just found a spot for them to hang in my new house and when I fired them up, one had a broken tube and the other had yellow paint flaking from the tube.
Found these guys on Yelp, made a phone call and the lady said yes they could repair both of them.
Took them both to their workshop 7 days ago and they called me 5 days later to say they were ready.
Just picked them both up and they both look like new, after the repair.

I purchased a business and the sign did not work. I called Rago Sign and schedule a technician to come over and fix the sign. Even though I told him there was a problem with the transformer (based on prior owner statement) the technician spent an hour troubleshooting and told me the transformer is not working. Then he told me there were other issues. At the end after 3 hours he told me there was a burned neon. Finally, I decided to call this off and not go forward with him, because it is much cheaper to get a new sign. I wasted my time and money with these guys. The technician was very slow and

How am I the first person to review this place? Phenomenal customer service, excellent quality and a good honest Italian family.
They create huge signs for some of the most famous shops in the US and also keep it humble and quaint by accommodating small business' and individuals with repair issues.
Tony fixed our bar sign and another older family heirloom. Couldn't have been happier. HIghly recommend.
