Requested a siding estimate well over two weeks ago. I've called several times to follow up on it it and still have not received it. The person who came out bragged about how they do all the siding on the new builds in the area. I guess my siding job is not important to them. I have informed all my contacts not to call them as Besroi does not need the business.

I was hoping to get my roof repaired by this company. After a pleasant visit, I was told it would be no problem. I was told I would have a proposal the next day. When I did not receive, I called the office a few days later. I was told they were busy but I would hear back. I gave it until the next week and then called back. The call ended with the office staff promising to call me back with an answer, either way. And guess what, still no call. I guess I will take the hint. Awful customer service.

I have used Besroi Roofing and Siding over the years for many home projects. They have always had a great reputation for being a well-known and excellently run, family business. Open lines of communication, prompt service, and an abundance of professionalism was paramount. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. They don't return phone calls, advise you on product information, or tell you if and when your work is going to be scheduled. It appears that the new generation of family operating Besroi, has dropped the ball.
