Highly recommend Dalex for roofing needs. We built new w Marrano in 2007. I won't mention who marrano used for our original roof but our entire neighborhood had issues w their original Marrano roofs. Our original roof was awful. We had to replace shingles constantly, even w minor 30 mph winds. We finally ended up having our entire roof torn off and replaced with Dalex in July 2018. Dalex was recommended by a work friend and I am so glad we found them. Dimitry and his crew were fantastic. They were all punctual, thorough, and professional from start to finish. 3+ years later and no issues at all

Update: We found some water damage in our house, but didn’t know where it was coming from. Called Dalex because we thought it could be from where our new roof tied in to an existing roof. I called, left a message, and within 2 hours someone was at our house checking the roof. Water is NOT coming from the roof and the guy that came walked our entire roof to double check their work. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are extremely professional and thorough with their work!!

This Company is bar none one of the finest roofers on the east coast. They take the time to address your concerns. The owner called to make sure we were happy after. I can not really say enough great things about this company. Frank and his crew were phenomenal and did an amazing job . I was also extremely impressed with the clean- up they did . We had one small mishap , owner was at my house that day and took care of it . I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future !!

Dalex did an extremely detailed estimate which gave me confidence they knew their stuff and would go a great job. They came out in the cold of winter and did a long, 6-day, job involving a full tear-off of 4 layers of old roofing on my 150 year old farm house with a standing seam replacement. Everything came out amazing... we can hardly believe its the same roof. Strongly recommend this company if you're looking for roof replacement or repairs.

They were very detailed during the estimating process, that's what sold me initially. then after seeing many of their reviews i chose them over three other contractors who were in the same price range. this was a huge 6 day job, 3500 sq ft home. all the workers were pleasant, and cleaned-up at the end of each day. Final clean-up after the completion was excellent. our 1953 house looks like new again. highly recommend / would use them again.

We had the DALEX crew replace our roof with a metal roof. They did this in January 2021, which is no small task in the suburbs of Buffalo, NY! The gentlemen were wonderful to have here. We have a rather large roof with a problem area on the northern side. The crew was courteous, respectful and an absolute joy to work with. I cannot say enough about the entire crew. We are very happy with our metal roof, and would not hesitate to highly recommend DALEX. We were very impressed with the reliability of this company. Our roof was really a mess. (I wish I had a "before" picture. Boy, was it ugly!) My husband and I are terrible procrastinators, but we just couldn't put it off any longer. Rather than getting multiple quotes, I trusted all these 5-star ratings and hired Dalex. No regrets whatsoever.

I recently had Dalex Roofing do a complete tear off of my old roof and installation of a new roof. The company was very professional from start to finish. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations for the project. BEST Roofing company in Buffalo to deal with!!! Dalex did an outstanding job on my roof in the city of Buffalo. Our old roof was in terrible condition and our house has very little room around it to work and we are in Allentown - a historic district with a lot of zoning rules. Maksim and Vitaly from Dalex worked with the City of Buffalo permitting and requirements and they and their crew did an outstanding job. We had a wonderful experience with the Dalex Roofing company. Everything was explained to us and Demetri answered all of our questions. The crew was very prompt, arriving on time and covering all of the shrubs and garden plants with tarps so they would not be damaged. All of the workers were very friendly and polite, and they did a thorough job of cleaning the area after they finished installing the roof. Dmitry being the owner along with family gives you on site estimates , evaluates needs let's you know ahead of time the cost. I compared his estimate to others and his was the fairest for the work done . Tear off , new facia , certainteed shingle , aluminum wrap on facia , longer drip edge to fit inside gutter . New gutters and downspouts , about 14 square , ( on barn ) all done and cleaned up with magnet wheeled cart used to clean up nails .
All this was done in 6 hours except for gutters that were done within a few days taking less then

We used them for the roof on our addition. Dmitry came to meet with us and was easy to work with. I love contractors that text message - and he is one of them. We had insurance involved with our project and they required more paperwork than typical and Dmitry handled it (even months after completion). Never felt ripped off and the roof is great!
