The process of completing an application requires the application to be competed entirely, and signed by each proposed adult tenant, a current photo ID, verification of your income, current pay stub, AFDC, Disability or Social Security income records, co-signers' information (if one is required), and proof of vaccination of any proposed pets.
Moving can be difficult. I would never rent from this property management again. I was never late on rent paid full deposit and paid a large cat fee that was non refundable. When we moved in there was normal wear and tear and no cockroaches. However our upstairs neighbor did, so all 4 apartments got sprayed and low and behold, cockroaches. All occupants complained several times. In the year we were there we had a guy come out 1 time after the initial spray and he only sprayed outside. They wouldnt allow us to hire someone else and take it off our rent. The laundry machines were always broken and they pretended they knew
