I had an opportunity to work with the staff at Places & Spaces for a little over a year. Throughout that time the staff had to undergo constant harassment from my ex and each time they handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. The communication between the staff and I was friendly and very responsive to my needs. As a first time landlord, Places and Spaces made the experience a very beneficial. If there comes a time that i will need property management again, I will definitely use their services!! I appreciate all their hard work and apologize for the continued abuse that they have

My house is destroyed because of the tenants in my house. I emailed and tried to call several times to the manager to let her know what was happening but got no response. The weeds are high. There were 3 dogs when there should have been no animals. The property wasn't even maintained by places and spaces. They want the money and that's it

This company is all you could ask for and more if you are a renter in the North State. We have rented 2 houses from them and been with them a few years now and I don't see how we could be any happier with their service, attitude and consideration of our needs. A great company run by great people is really all you could ask for, we love the personal service too. An all around 10+ from us, they are great!

I have been a tenant since 1999. Between the studio apartment I live in today and the one bedroom house I lived in for almost 11 years. I don't know any buddy else I would rent from! Kelly Mike and Apryl are just like family to me! If there's ever a problem it usually gets fixed the same day or within 24 hours. Even on weekends they came and fixed something within hours. They are very friendly and extremely Fair! I hope I never have to work with another property management other than them. At any time I would be glad to speak to anybody about how well I'm treated ! I tell you if they don't have

Places and spaces bought the building I was renting in 2018. At first I wasn't happy about it because new owners usually means a rough transition with new policies. Places and spaces have been nothing but helpful. They try their best to make sure that things are taken care of quick and efficiently. The staff are also great and very friendly.

They are AMAZING, I tell everyone I can about the awesome experience we had with their company ! My fiancé and I were moving to Redding from LA and I contacted their office about a rental I found on Craigslist. They got back to me almost immediately and was able to let my mom into the house the next day to check it out for me!
We decided we wanted to rent from them and Apryl in the office was extremely helpful and diligent during the process. Finding a rental and being approved from 8 hours away is not an easy task but Apryl and Kelly made it happen for us and I'm so grateful for them!

Property management companies are hard to trust.. but I'm so glad I have the honest and helpful team at places and spaces! The owner Kelly is almost always in the office which means you can actually talk TO THE BUSINESS OWNER - how often does that happen!? I like that its easy to get a hold of her when needed for any questions - or her assistant/(daughter) Apryl is there to help at any time! A true to the bone family ran and operated business (which honestly makes me feel good to support!!!) Found Kelly online and decided to have her manage our properties in Shingletown. So far she has been very pleasant to work with, and gone above and beyond in the transition from the old property manager.
Plus there are modern online statements, a huge upgrade from our old school property manager that we came from!
