I wanted to Thank John L. for all of his help in getting us in a car that we never thought that we could afford. This was the most frustrating series of bad communication we have ever encountered in trying to buy a vehicle. The front office "sales" people are highly UN-motivated to sell. Their communication with the service department in the other end of the building is so poor we were shocked.
We worked with two different sales people. Amanda and Anderson said they would call us back in 5 minutes separately on different days and we had to call them back an hour later only to hear that they "forgot".

I would recommend checking under your car/truck before buying from this place, or at least get it fully inspected. My rear cross member broke on the express while driving due to rust, the whole frame was rusted covered in undercoated black paint. It may seem like you're getting a good deal, but I would say they get all of their cars up north.
