After multiple visits to a mechanic for my car not starting, oxmoor Toyota was able to fix my car. They were extremely kind, and fixed my car in 2 days! I'm from California, and the Toyota's there were horrible which is why I was hesitant on bringing my car here. But this will be my go to place from now on when I have any car issues. Thank you!

This is our second purchase from Oxmoor Toyota. Our first purchase was a great experience and our salesman was super helpful. But this purchase, wow! Ashley Kellar is amazing. She has the sweetest personality and goes out of her way to help you. I waited for my vehicle for a few weeks and she kept in constant contact with me giving me updates along the way. She was out of town when my vehicle arrived and checked in with me that evening (while she was on vacation!) to make sure everything went smoothly. The world needs more Ashley’s.

What was supposed to be a normal Sunday for my family and I turned into a trip to Toyota Oxmoor. We knew we wanted to grow our family and that buying a bigger vehicle was certain for our future; after finding out we were having another baby we knew it was finally time. While we weren’t planning to go car shopping the day we did, we’re incredibly thankful that we did, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have worked with Cory!

If I could give a zero, I would. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and have had great experiences. Where I had a problem was 2 months after I bought my van, I had a flat tire on the way to work. NOTE: apparently a spare is not always included in new Toyotas. I had my van towed to Oxmoor Toyota and was told it couldn't be repaired and they would need to keep my vehicle overnight and order a new tire. I pod for and was told the new tire was put on my van.

I must admit, I had no intention of buying a car here And I walked away with a brand new car. The sales people are not pushy at all. I told them what I wanted, they attempted to help me find what I was looking for but it actually didn't exist. What they sold me instead was absolutely perfect and has been a dream boat to drive. I was looking for a slightly used fully loaded RAV4....I walked away with a brand spanking new RAV4 hybrid fully loaded for basically the same price. I worked with Joe aka turtle! Had a run in with salesman there that was so arrogant and pushy. I realize most salesman are pushy but this guy was ridiculous never again will I step back in this place. Had went in on a Saturday and the salesman had told me $471 a month with $1100 down on a $43k vehicle. Started working with him again a few days later on a $38k vehicle talked to him about putting $5k down the payment went up over $100 a month tried to explain the numbers that he already had told me. He kept getting smart telling me he was senior sales associate and top dawg there and how many cars he had sold that day. Needless

When my Toyota vehicles require recall service or service in general, I seriously consider Oxmoor Toyota. The Service Department offers friendly staff and a pleasant place to wait while your vehicle is serviced. Additionally, I have purchased three new Toyota's from this dealership and find the price and selection outstanding, especially when compared to prior new vehicle purchase experiences.

The written advertisements detailing the accessories on the car were wrong. The car was advertised as have navigation and an app suite. It did not. I didn't realize this until I got home because the salesman didn't sit down with me to go over accessory functions. This results in a reduced value for this vehicle in excess of $500. The dealer has yet to offer a solution and will not answer emails.

While I purchased my Toyota at another lot, I always come here to service my vehicle. The service team is great! Always very courteous and try to be as quick as possible.
