We don't just look at things, we also look at them with an Infrared Camera, we test them with a Moisture Meter, we operate them and we test them. Except for our least expensive General Inspection package we don't just look at a representative number of each item we inspect all visible and accessible items.

We inspect every accessible item listed below. We do not usually comment on the cosmetic feel or appearance of anything as that is very subjective and not what I believe we are hired to do. Whenever we find a issue which should be noted we take pictures and record the issue and comments. Generally we begin by turning on the; heater, ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and laundry machines.

We suggest using your "Find" command (in your Edit Menu) to search for whatever you are looking for, such as. Would find a company that installs electric gate openers and "Find Again" would then find my Electrician. We do not have good people to refer for all trades.
