Advanced Group Property Inspection Company (AGPIC) is a group of professional property inspectors that was formed in the summer of 1993 by Alex Kay Keshishian. So I guess it all worked out, considering we've developed a really strong family in the process. He teamed up with his wife Mary Kay (local realtor) to form the alliance know best known for their "do what it takes" attitude to serving their clients.
I married a woman who is good at everything, so that I can have the luxury of concentrating on just one. Do not hire this company! We made the mistake of doing so, and it cost us thousands and thousands of dollars. They missed, among other things: that 1. our duct work was entirely unsealed 2. that we had a large hole next to a bathroom exhaust fan that was allowing moist air to enter into the attic and cause a mold problem. 3. That the majority of our walls in our home were made of a asbestos building material that was unsealed and caused the home to be filled with a white, powdery dust. When we brought to their attention that we missed these things, we were told they were willing to work with us

I cannot recommend them enough! Setting up my inspection took no time at all. On inspection day, Stephen was punctual, incredibly thorough, and made the inspection process easy for me as a first time home buyer.. The report we received was super detailed and clear. I felt confident in knowing what I was getting into with my home as well as the things I'd need to keep an eye on and repair down the road. Truly ideal.

As a Realtor, I cannot decide who my clients use for Inspection...but I am so happy when I find out the booked with AGPIC. They are always thorough, and get me the report within the same day.
