We got excellent service. We shopped around before choosing willow floors for our carpet replacement. Nick not only match the price, but he beat it. We got some pretty good insights from him. He did not offer any quotes blindly, rather gave an accurate estimate after measuring the unit in person to reduce the carpet wastage before placing an order. He was honest and thoroughly professional.
Also, we have got the quickest service that we never imagined it to be after shopping around. Everybody was asking for at least a couple of weeks for carpet replacement due to the shipping and installation

The only thing they got right was installing the correct flooring we ordered. We were promised that the vinyl flooring would not have a hollow sound when walking on it. That is not true. The whole house has an echoing hollow sound when walking on the vinyl floor. The owner advised that it would take a couple of months to settle in, it has been ten months and we are stuck with a terrible feeling of how it sounds when walking on the floor. The installers were not very careful with the installation. They damaged the wall, molding, and even the toilet paper hanger in one of the bathrooms. While

Willow Floors did an outstanding job on my floors. I recently bought a new home, and they tore out the old flooring and installed wood flooring and base boards. They look absolutely gorgeous, and the attention to detail is impeccable. They also did a great job of clean up afterward. I highly recommend Willow Floors!
