Jayne began her career in the mortgage industry in 1984 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her interests in business law and a natural talent with numbers led her to the mortgage industry. Jayne has been serving her clients with Platte River Mortgage since 2015.
Kelly has been a professional with Platte River Mortgage since its inception in 2005 and has been originating mortgages since 2000. Kelly is an invaluable member of the Platte River team, contributing her experience and expertise to both serve her clients' mortgage financing needs and support other members of the team.

We’ve closed two loans with Kimmy Kasubke over the past 5 years and we must say that she is a rare find! Her dedication, commitment and professionalism are exceptional. I almost think she is too good to be true. Our first loan was rejected by many lenders and nobody wanted to work with our “unique” property. Even hard lenders were laughing at us when I sent them appraisal. However, Kimmy found a way to close it in 10 days and was able to put us in very reasonable program. We remodeled this “jewel” and now enjoying a gorgeous 7 Bedroom home on the lake.
