At Massage Arkansas we take the time to listen to your goals so that we can help you reach them. As no two people are alike, no two massages should be. We take extra time before and after each session to make sure we understand and address your specific needs. Our highly trained therapists work with you to develop a customized plan.

We are committed to helping you achieve your goals. If you love deep pressure, look no further. We are located in the heart of downtown in the Regions Tower at 400 West Capitol, just minutes from I30, I630 and North Little Rock.
Services
As healthcare professionals, our focus is your wellbeing. It is your responsibility to know how you feel, how you want to feel, and what you want your life to look like and our commitment to help you attain those goals. Everyone's journey is different and at Massage Arkansas we celebrate those individual experiences and strive to help you on your path.
The word Ashiatsu stems from the Japanese words "ashi" which translates to foot and "atsu" meaning pressure; so Ashiatsu is literally "foot pressure". At Massage Arkansas, we offer the deepest, most relaxing, massage you will ever experience. We have combined ancient forms of Cavutti Thirumal, modern Ashiatsu, and myofascial work to create a, truly, unique experience.
You read that right. We offer both targeted and overall stretching options that will get you feeling fantastic! David Goggins is a former Navy SEAL, ultra-endurance athlete, 24hr pull up record holder, and author; in his memoir, "Can't Hurt Me, " released in 2018, he said that stretching is what saved his life.
I am trained and certified by Bright Spark Living, a local Yoga Teacher Training founded here in Little Rock Arkansas, and have plans to continue my education in more specified areas. I believe one is forever a student of yoga, there is no perfection in the practices. When you come to me to begin your practice you can expect a personalized approach.
Continuing education classes for licensed massage therapists are approved by the Arkansas Department of Health. Yoga Alliance recognizes our public workshops as continuing education for your renewal in the subject of Anatomy & Physiology. Partnered stretching workshops are open to the public and teach fun and safe techniques to get the most out of your stretching at home.

I've known many therapist over the years. None have the depth of skill Jessica shows each visit. She is much more than just a "massage" she offers true healing services. If it hurts, odds are she can reduce the pain or relieve it 100%. I tell her what hurts, she does the rest. After I'm great and great for weeks. She is a key member of my healthcare family of providers.

Tricia is a vastly experienced therapeutic masseuse. Her knowledge, skills, and abilities have improved my athletic performance. Her extensive knowledge of the human muscular system and how it's all interrelated is second to none. I highly recommend Massage Arkansas, and you should book your time with Tricia.

Jessica is very skilled and knowledgable in her work/art! She has completed extensive training to help heal the body and it shows. She worked on parts of my body I had no idea were connected to my back and neck pain, but they were. I promise you, you will walk out feeling like a brand new person! Thank YOU!

Jessica invests considerably in continuing education and personal expertise development. Her knowledge of biomechanics is amazing. We do assisted stretching on a regular basis and I give her much credit for the flexibility I maintain at 65. And, her office has a spectacular view.

Jessica is the best! Our office uses her and her team for on site chair massages and everyone loves them. I also see Jessica personally to work through training related issues. She always listens and takes the best care of me while also providing tips and advice for outside care. I would definitely recommend Jessica to anyone needing massage or training support!

Love Jessica. She gets to know your issues and how she can best help you. After 2 sessions I am on my way to getting better. The vibration plate was interesting but worth it. Great view of the river and part of downtown LR. She is so inviting.
