Very poor customer service didn't get past the door. Thank God I was protected from NEGATIVE energy. I was given a gift certificate that was not honored and not welcomed in any way. Customer service is everything and they don't get it.

My boyfriend and I get a couples massage here every once in a while. The first time was great, second time ok and this time not good. They did not do the questionnaire of where you want the most attention to begin with, during the massage someone came in the room and at a normal speaking volume asked if the masseuse would be available at 4 (in the middle of our massage) to do another one. Not very calming. They did not really work out the knots in his back, instead focusing on fingers, toes, scalp and arms. No deep tissue- just rolling arm thing. I rarely have ever given such a poor rating but this experience was unbelievably bad. Lady at the front desk was nice and polite on the way in but after that it was bad. There’s no way the masseuse had any training whatsoever. Painful at times and just rubbing the same area of my back watching the clock and checking her phone. I finally said I was ready to go. Total waste of $75.

The rude lady at the front desk told me that I was going to pay a 15 dollar tip after my massage. After telling her that I would decide what I would tip, she rang me up for only the price of the massage. The massage was not relaxing because I could hear the people in the lobby talking and when the masseuse moved around it was loud. The masseuse put a sheet over me to massage me until I told her to use oil. Go to a better place to get a relaxing massage.

So great. The lady who worked on me found out that the left side of my neck was stiff. She gave it lots of extra attention. It was much better when I left.
I was also amazed how much pressure this petite Asian woman could apply She worked incredibly hard for the whole hour. I can't wait to go back.

Went for a couples massage. The massage was good but did not get a warning on when she was going to pull my underpants down half off my behind. When we where paying we did not put the tip on the card we where going to give cash and once the lady seen zero by tip she asked are we going to leave a $10 tip because the ladies did so good. At that point I didn’t want to leave a tip and was walking out and she started grunting on out way out the door. I will never go back

Wonderful 1hr couples massage from head to toe for $139. Water bottles given at end. We got our appointment the same day we called which is great. Very respectful and friendly staff who ensured we had our temperatures checked and recorded and masks on with sanitization accordingly. Pressure of the massage easily adjusted as you please with focus on certain areas like feet or back as you ask. Great experience!

Best massage I have had!! I have had several massages in several different states and I was shocked and appalled by how amazing this place was!! I will be coming here from now on. Worth every penny. I booked an appointment with them for 9pm I showed up at 9:02 coming from work and as I walk up. The owner is signaling for the woman to hurry off... and they all hop in there cars and drive off really fast. I walk up and say hello he says. 9pm couple I said yes. He said you are to late... you should of come earlier!

The absolute worst massage I've ever had. I left with my arms bruised and swollen because the "therapist" decided to use all of her strength on my forearms. I told her it hurt and to stop but because she didn't speak English, she just kept going. I asked her to work on my right side (neck, upper back and upper arm), she spent all her time on my left side with the exception of the 45 min she spent injuring my forearms. This is my favorite place to get a massage! My husband and I get massages individually here and together! The rates are very well priced and the therapist are very intelligent and in tuned with YOUR ailments and symptoms. My body is always complete Jello when I leave!!! My favorite service?! The 2 hour sports massage!!! Soooo good!!!

Always a great massage here. And one of the best parts is that they can always get you in same day or the next. I always go with my husband and get a couple's massage. Today was one of the best (Angela and Cindy). At other places, sometimes they treat couples massages as "relaxation" and don't really focus on my trouble spots, but that's not an issue here. Dream spa is a great go-to. Haven't tried any of their other services, aside from the couples' massage.

This place was amazing! I was visiting my Mom from California and we stumbled upon this gem and couldn't have been more pleased. From booking the appt with the owner, to arriving and immediately being brought back to our room, everything was super smooth and a great experience. Our masseuses were really skilled and found all of my spots in my back and neck without me having to tell her! The owner also was very nice and genuine too, so all in all 5 stars! Definitely would recommend this spa and will be back when visiting my Mom!

Ok so it does not look that great from the outside. However looks can fool you. It's worth it. They offer 2 hour and 3 hour massages. My husband and I got the couple's massage deep tissue. I don't know of a time I have had a better massage. The only problem I have is I do not live closer.

I wouldn't go back to this place for a massage. The massage wasn't awful but I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I get massages regularly and have gotten them all around the world, never have I wanted to get off the table and leave more than at this place.
The lady left the door open during my massage so I could hear everything in the lobby and also she had the sheets over me so I was very exposed/uncomfortable. I had to ask her to shut the door because I was laying there with practically my whole body exposed and the door open.

Needed a massage, had over 100 in Texas so my first stop in Arkansas? Dream Spa! I used Yelp/Google/Tripadvisor to get the average highest rating for a massage in this town and it happened to be Dream Spa.

No waivers to sign, no fuss, and if you walk right in they usually have someone available to get you right in, now that is epic. Friendly owner, and friendly, masseuse's, it did the trick to get the back knots I had worked out.

They are really easy to schedule with and I've used probably all of the therapist there and they are all great. I love being able to walk-in and be seen right away. That is hard to come by at most massage and spas. It's not a fancy place to spend a " spa day" but the work is good! They have all your basic massages and a few other techniques.

One of the best massages I have ever received! I was pleasantly surprised. The owner is extremely nice and inviting. He truly wants every customer to have a good experience. I got the 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was worth every penny. I needed some work done since I workout 6 days a week and she got into the right spots to relieve soreness and pain. Very friendly customer service, clean, and quiet. The prices are competitive with other places. Maybe $10 more but honestly you get what you pay for. I'll definitely be back.
