I can't say enough about the exceptional service I recieved at Kraft's Body Shop. From the minute I walked in and requested a quote, to the moment I drove off in my sparkling repaired vehicle, the entire team was great. I went all over town getting quotes before chosing Kraft's - not ONE of the shops came close to providing the kind of personalized customer service that they do. They also quoted a fair price, helped me navigate the process of getting a rental car and happily answered all my questions. Don't bother going to another shop - seriously, these folks are the best.

My 2005 BMW Z4 was rear ended with "minor" damage. Being it was close to the being totaled, Chris assured me he would seek out satisfactory used parts as all new parts would have exceed the limit. Great match on the paint and everything was done on time. I brought it back because of a clunking they diagnosed as a loose rear shock. They had not worked on the shocks, but tightened it up and got me on my way, a very satisfied customer.

Best autobody repair shop in town! I commute daily and have had to take a couple cars there for repairs. The staff are friendly and have excellent customer service. They've always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is restored to it's pre-collision condition. I recommend this shop to my all family and friends.

Always a pleasure to do business with these folks. They are very clear about each and every step of repair, very clear about charges - no surprises! They took careful COVID precautions, and never fail to be courteous. My repairs were faster than estimated, inexpensive, and my car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. This is real service!

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! It has been over a year & my car is STILL not done correctly!
I brought my car in for repairs back in October 2019 due to a hit & run. I needed a new bumper, grill, clear braw & hood. I went to pick up my car 2 weeks after dropping it off & upon inspection I pointed out many flaws; the hood & fenders were crooked, scratches in several areas, an unrepaired chip, there were bumps ALL OVER the hood (they called them fish eyes) & my windshield wipers were loose. They also must have rummaged through the back of my car because they found & attached

Everybody here is really nice with great customer service. Wish the quality of the repair I received was just as good. When I picked up the car the repairs weren't done well. Sloppy job and I had to take it back multiple times to get fixed. Aggravating and I definitely lost confidence in them and their work. :(

I've been taking my car to Kraft body shop for many years. This review is way overdue. I would not take my car anywhere else and highly recommend.
I was recently in a very bad car accident I was very emotional stressed out and worried my car was going to get totaled.
Ruben at Kraft helped me through the process he is very knowledgeable, kind and professional he really made a very stressful situation much easier to cope with.
He also worked with my insurance so my car was not totaled and fixed to perfection.

These guys are honest and affordable and professional. I dealt with Rueben and he was beyond friendly and professional. The latch to open the hood on my 2012 Kia Soul broke and Reuben was able to get my parts ordered from Kia quickly and had it finished the same day I brought it in for repair. I will absolutely recommend this shop to everyone I know.

I really can't say anything negative about Kraft's Body Shop. They are professional, friendly, walk you through the estimate, keep you updated on the progress and completion.They have competitive pricing and best of all do a superior job. Really satisfied! This is the second time in 10 years I have used them for a dented fender repair and would not hesitate to use them again.

Kraft's sets the standard for quality workmanship and customer service. They are neither the fastest nor the least expensive. But if you care deeply about getting the right things done, and getting them done right, then Kraft's Body shop is where to go for a forthright approach to auto body repair. This auto body shop changed the estimate for the repairs by $200, told me the repairs would take 4 days, then it took 9 days. In addition they told me the deduction would be $100, it ended up being $1000. Krafts has no idea how to estimate costs or times, and when they say they will call you on a certain day to check in, they really mean they will call you 2-3 days later.
Furthermore, there was still damage to my car when I picked it up. Overall, if you are not attached to your car, if you enjoy being belittled by the receptionists, and experiencing a severe financial loss, I highly recommend

Visually, the body work on my car looks fine. But Kraft's screwed up the electronics! I thought I was making things easier on myself by going to the body shop my that is on insurance company's preferred list, but I was wrong. Sure, Kraft's gives you a guarantee on the work, but now I am stuck working with the people who screwed up my car. I'm sure that the electronics work should be done by the dealer, not Kraft's. It's way beyond their pay grade.

Called today and got some lip service. Front line phone answering is a sure way to keep losing business. I asked about getting a quote via pictures so I could save a tow if they were not competitive and the women on the line told me, "that's what insurance is for." So I hung up with the impression they are high rates assuming your deductible is same same to you wherever you go.

Very quick, efficient and professional full service auto body shop. I had a number of repairs needed and couldn't believe how quickly they got it all done. Rain or shine! I also liked how well they kept in communication with me about the status of my vehicle. Plus! They even picked me up from home when I needed a ride to go pick up my car.

This is an update to my previous poor review, more details:
My service advisor was not a good communicator. He did not provide regular updates, so I had to call every few days to find out what was going on while it was in the shop for a month.
When I did talk to him, he interrupted me on the phone, apparently not wanting to listen. It was tough to ask questions. While on the phone with him I felt like his main priority was to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.
The truck wasn't ready when promised so I had to wait for it in the office.
When he drove it up to me, he said it
