Our Mercedes bumper was punctured by another car, and we weren’t able to track down their insurance to help cover the cost of repair. It needed to be fully replaced.
I took our car to Christian at AA Auto Collision Center, and he quoted me the repair both new and refurbished.
The quote was much cheaper than another I had sourced in the area, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.
I dropped the car off on Wednesday afternoon, and had it back and fully repaired by Friday. Very quick, very helpful, and very honest. I’d highly recommend them to a friend.

I was referred by another happy customer and my already high expectations have been exceeded. I’ve had two cars worked on in the past month and not only did everything go smoothly with repairs but Brian and Carlos went above and beyond in working with us. They made the insurance process easier, gave us reasonable quotes and the work was perfect. Locally owned, honest and highly reputable is the least one could ask for, but Brian and Carlos take extra care of their customers!

My fiance was in a car accident on the fish hook and it messed up her hood and bumper. We took her car to aa auto and Juan Carlos and Brian took care of her ( mainly Juan Carlos) Juan was overwhelmingly great at his job as the customer service rep for this company, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is the kind of guy you want as the face of your office dealing with customers. The job is not done yet so I will update the review later but so far we are very pleased with our experience with this bhsiness, it has made the accident much more bearable.
