Fantastic customer service that is definitely worthy of coming back! Waited nearly 2 weeks for an outside lender to go through the process in order to sell me a vehicle despite there having several people ask about the car I wanted. I have been along standing customer of Battison ever since I bought my kids honda.last year I brought in 2 Acura TL's a 2000 & 2003 for timing chains, I was told I needed water pumps, power steering pumps sa well. After the works was supposed to be done almost a year later, both cars had power steering leaks, rack & pinion gear leaks, that weren't there before. The service manager Mike something, was rude, & charged than the thit was supposed to cost, & they kept parts I brought in to have put on..

Awesome place to buy a car! Bought a car last week and everyone was great! We had two great sales men that helped us, Dameko and Greg. If you go there asked for them so great! This is a review of their service department. As far as the sales team goes, I bought 2 cars from them, they are phenomenal and I will always go to Robert whenever I need a car. Absolutely amazing service.
I took my civic in to get serviced for an oil change, check the a/c, check the TPMS light, and get a full inspection because I am getting ready to sell the car. I sent it in at 1pm and it’s been almost 24hrs and they haven’t given me an update on the vehicle. I called twice yesterday just to get an update and both times they said that no one was available and they would call me back. No

Do not buy from here! I've give the a 0 if it was an option. They sold us a car in July that had issues that they should have caught with their "116 point inspection" that they brag about to sell you a car. Not only did we pay too much due to supply chain issues, BUT they sold us a car with a bad radiator TOP support tie bar. If you don't know what that is, its a part that holds the radiator in place and costs about $1300 with all the labor involved to replace. The reason they should have caught this is it causes the hood of the car to not close properly. We noticed that

We had high expectations for they type of vehicle and price. With a growing family(6-missing our other 3), we needed space. We knew within some reason what we were looking for. We found a diamond! Kevin Epperson worked quickly, efficiently, and heard our wants and needs and did exactly tht without the stereo typical banter. He has great attention to details and is effective with individuals as well as family needs. Don't get me wrong the brand Honda is amazing and really reliable but Battison Honda is NOT somewhere you should buy a car from.
I'm just going to start it off and say they let me leave the parking lot with a safety issue. I bought my car 2 months ago, I don't really drive it because I walk to work everyday but when I did my light would light up to air my tire . 2 months into driving down the street my front wheel popped. When going to change my tires I had them look at all of them, come to find out Battison Honda let me leave with smaller tires on the right and the right tires

Absolutely horrible experience. They switched our financing around 3 times without telling us, running credit checks each time. On the final time trying to switch financing around they found out my husband had lost his job and demanded that we bring the vehicle back (after having the new vehicle since October). We will be letting friends and family know that they shouldn't shop here if they value their credit score. Would give less than one star if possible.

Am GRACIOUSLY giving this dealership a 1 star rating. I am out of state buying a car. I was told that the car was in impeccable condition by 3 different people... Joseph, Marcus and Thai. All 3 of these men LIED to me to make a sale knowing I was buying the car sight unseen!!!! They even lied on the bill of lading which also read that there were ZERO imperfections on the car! When the car was delivered there were around 15 LARGE spots the size of the palm of my hand where the paint had oxidized and was totally peeled off!!! So the 1st time I go and drop it off and get a loaner and come back the vehicle was not even worked on ( told it was ready/work had been done) but they did swipe some paint on the back (one stroke that is not dry). Thank God for Battison Honda when Bob Howard Honda couldn't come through for me. I received a warranty extension for the paint job on my 2012 Honda Civic. I initially took it to Bob Howard where I got the run around and absolutely NOTHING accomplished after 3 months.

I really wish Battison Honda had two separate business pages: One for the Service Department, which is solid and deserving of multiple stars (I've had so many pleasant experiences with the Service folks here).
